Fine-grained natural language understanding

A system capable of performing natural language understanding (NLU) without the concept of a domain that influences NLU results. The present system uses a hierarchical organizations of intents/commands and entity types, and trained models associated with those hierarchies, so that commands and entity types may be determined for incoming text queries without necessarily determining a domain for the incoming text. The system thus operates in a domain agnostic manner, in a departure from multi-domain architecture NLU processing where a system determines NLU results for multiple domains simultaneously and then ranks them to determine which to select as the result.

Systems and methods for utilizing augmented Jacobian to control manipulator joint movement

Devices, systems, and methods for providing commanded movement of an end effector of a manipulator while providing a desired movement of one or more joints of the manipulator. Methods include augmenting a Jacobian so that joint movements calculated from the Jacobian perform one or more auxiliary tasks and/or desired joint movements concurrent with commanded end effector movement, the one or more auxiliary tasks and/or desired joint movements extending into a null-space. The auxiliary tasks and desired joint movements include inhibiting movement of one or more joints, inhibiting collisions between adjacent manipulators or between a manipulator and a patient surface, commanded reconfiguration of one or more joints, or various other tasks or combinations thereof. Such joint movements may be provided using joint velocities calculated from the pseudo-inverse solution of the augmented Jacobian. Various configurations for systems utilizing such methods are provided herein.

Distributed energy power source control method, apparatus and system for providing loads with dynamic power distribution modes

A distributed energy power source control method, apparatus and system are provided. The method includes the following steps. The total amount of energy provided by an energy supply apparatus for various loads in a system is read. Energy data of each load is collected, the energy data including: a power supply voltage, a power supply current, a reactive power, an active power, and power consumption. The total power consumption of all the loads in the system is calculated. An energy allocation policy is determined by comparing the total power consumption and the total amount of energy, the energy allocation policy including: allocating energy according to a priority level of each load, and switching energy modes according to a power factor of each load. The method, apparatus and system can provide loads with dynamic power distribution modes, thereby improving the working efficiency, reliability and stability of an entire power supply system.
