Transversely-excited film bulk acoustic resonators with molybdenum conductors

There is disclosed acoustic resonators and filter devices. An acoustic resonator includes a substrate having a surface and a single-crystal piezoelectric plate having front and back surfaces, the back surface attached to the surface of the substrate except for a portion of the piezoelectric plate forming a diaphragm that spans a cavity in the substrate. An interdigital transducer (IDT) is formed on the front surface of the single-crystal piezoelectric plate such that interleaved fingers of the IDT are disposed on the diaphragm. The interleaved fingers of the IDT are substantially molybdenum. The piezoelectric plate and the IDT are configured such that a radio frequency signal applied to the IDT excites a primary shear acoustic mode in the diaphragm. A thickness of the interleaved fingers of the IDT is between 0.25 times and 2.5 times a thickness of the piezoelectric plate.

Licensing authority controlled modification of http headers in a proxy-based system

A proxy is modified, to form an enhanced proxy, wherein the proxy is configured to inspect a header portion of a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (http) message, the modifying enabling the enhanced proxy to identify, at the enhanced proxy, a set of http header types in the http message received from a system. An external licensing authority (LA) is modified, to form an enhanced LA, wherein the enhanced LA is configured to verify a header parameter corresponding to a header type in the set of header types and return a license information corresponding to the system. The http message is modified by modifying the header portion in the http message according to the header type and a threshold corresponding to the header type, the header type and the threshold being identified in the license information. The modified http message is transmitted.

Data processing user interface monitoring systems and related methods

In particular embodiments, a data processing consent management system may be configured to utilize one or more age verification techniques to at least partially authenticate the data subject's ability to provide valid consent (e.g., under one or more prevailing legal requirements). For example, according to one or more particular legal or industry requirements, an individual (e.g., data subject) may need to be at least a particular age (e.g., an age of majority, an adult, over 18, over 21, etc.) in order to provide valid consent. Consent receipt management systems may be implemented in the context of any suitable privacy management system that is configured to ensure compliance with one or more legal or industry standards related to the collection and/or storage of private information. In particular embodiments, the system is configured to manage one or more consent receipts between a data subject and an entity.

Directional signal fencing for medical appointment progress tracking

Provided are mechanisms and processes for directional signal fencing for medical schedule management. According to various examples, a system is provided which comprises a first sensor module, which includes a directional transceiver configured to transmit a first wireless signal directed toward a location within a medical examination room such that the location is within a first coverage area. A second sensor module includes a directional transceiver configured to transmit a second wireless signal directed toward the location such that the location is within a second coverage area. The first and second coverage areas overlap at a signal overlap area, which surrounds the location. The first and second sensor modules connect to a device corresponding to a physician within the signal overlap area. The duration of the connection between the device and the sensor modules is used to track the presence of the physician in the medical examination room.

Building system with data model including bidirectional relationships

A building energy management includes building equipment, one or more data platform services, a timeseries database, and an energy management application. The building equipment operate to monitor and control a variable and provide raw data samples of a data point associated with the variable. The timeseries database stores a plurality of timeseries associated with the data point. The plurality of timeseries include a timeseries of the raw data samples and the one or more optimized data timeseries generated by the data platform services based on the raw data timeseries. The energy management application generates an ad hoc dashboard including a widget and associates the widget with the data point. The widget displays a graphical visualization of the plurality of timeseries associated with the data point and includes interactive user interface options for switching between the plurality of timeseries associated with the data point.
