STAPLE CARTRIDGE COMPRISING STAPLES POSITIONED WITHIN A COMPRESSIBLE PORTION THEREOF
A fastener cartridge can comprise a support portion, a tissue thickness compensator positioned relative to the support portion, and a plurality of fasteners positioned within the support portion and/or the tissue thickness compensator which can be utilized to fasten tissue. In use, the fastener cartridge can be positioned in a first jaw of a surgical fastening device, wherein a second jaw, or anvil, can be positioned opposite the first jaw. To deploy the fasteners, a staple-deploying member is advanced through the fastener cartridge to move the fasteners toward the anvil. As the fasteners are deployed, the fasteners can capture at least a portion of the tissue thickness compensator therein along with at least a portion of the tissue being fastened.

Systems, methods, and devices for geolocation with deployable large scale arrays
Systems, methods, and apparatus for geolocating a signal emitting device are disclosed. A monitoring array comprises at least four monitoring units. A distance ratio between the at least four monitoring units relative to a midpoint is determined. The at least four monitoring units are operable to scan independently for a signal of interest. The at least four monitoring units are operable to calculate times of arrival and angles of arrival for the signal of interest. Each of the at least four monitoring units is operable to measure the signal of interest and transmit a formatted message to other monitoring units within the monitoring array. Each of the at least four monitoring units is operable to determine a location of the signal emitting device from which the signal of interest is emitted based on calculations and measurements relating to the signal of interest.

Surgical robotics system
A surgical robotics system with robotic arms is configurable to perform a variety of surgical procedures. The surgical robotics system includes a table, column, base, and robotic arms that are either column-mounted, rail-mounted, or mounted on a separate unit. In a column-mounted configuration, the column includes column rings that translate vertically and rotate about the column. The robotic arms are attached to the column rings. In a rail-mounted configuration, the base includes base rails that translate along the base. The robotic arms are attached to the base rails. In both configurations, the robotic arms move independently from each other and include a multiple arm segments. Each arm segment provides an additional degree of freedom to the robotic arm. Thus, the surgical robotics system may position the robotic arms into numerous configurations to access different parts of a patient's body.

Data breach score and method
Assessing a consumer's risk of harms related to a data breach includes determining, for the particular data breach, a data breach score, referred to as a Breach Clarity™ (BC) score, indicative of the risk of harm related to the particular breach. A data structure pairs a breached information element with at least one potential harm. Algorithms assign a harm risk score to the harm, determine an element risk score for the information element-harm pair, and determine a BC score using the harm risk and element risk scores, and an exposure rating. The BC score can be modified by a scaling algorithm to generate a relative BC score. The system identifies and rank orders mitigation actions for the breach and outputs these with the BC score to the consumer. A consumer's demographic and/or behavioral characteristics can be factored into the exposure rating and ranking of the mitigation actions.

Breach response data management system and method
Systems and methods for security incident response management are disclosed. A method includes receiving a cyber event; identifying a playbook of tasks, where the playbook constitutes a response to the cyber event, and where a task of the tasks is assignable to a user group; receiving, from a user of the user group, a completion of the task; receiving a proof of completion of the task; and generating an compliance report including the task and the proof of completion.

Method and structures for low temperature device bonding
Dies and/or wafers including conductive features at the bonding surfaces are stacked and direct hybrid bonded at a reduced temperature. The surface mobility and diffusion rates of the materials of the conductive features are manipulated by adjusting one or more of the metallographic texture or orientation at the surface of the conductive features and the concentration of impurities within the materials.

Data processing and scanning systems for generating and populating a data inventory
In particular embodiments, a data processing data inventory generation system is configured to: (1) generate a data model (e.g., a data inventory) for one or more data assets utilized by a particular organization; (2) generate a respective data inventory for each of the one or more data assets; and (3) map one or more relationships between one or more aspects of the data inventory, the one or more data assets, etc. within the data model. In particular embodiments, a data asset (e.g., data system, software application, etc.) may include, for example, any entity that collects, processes, contains, and/or transfers personal data (e.g., such as a software application, “internet of things” computerized device, database, website, data-center, server, etc.). The system may be configured to identify particular data assets and/or personal data in data repositories using any suitable intelligent identity scanning technique.

Consent receipt management systems and related methods
In particular embodiments, a consent receipt management system is configured to track and analyze one or more attributes of a user interface via which data subjects are requested to provide consent (e.g., consent to process, collect, and/or store personal data) in order to determine which of the one or more attributes are more likely to result in a successful receipt of consent from a data subject. For example, the system may be configured to analyze one or more instances in which one or more data subjects provided or did not provide consent in order to identify particular attributes and/or factors that may increase a likelihood of a data subject providing consent.
