Providing a data query service to a user based on natural language request data

The disclosure herein describes providing a data query service to a user based on natural language request data. The natural language request data is obtained from a user interface and a query structure is populated based on the natural language request data. The query structure is compared to stored queries and, based on identifying a stored query that matches the query structure, the user is prompted to confirm or reject that the identified query be performed. Based on receiving a confirmation of the identified query from the user, the identified query is selected for performance. Alternatively, based on receiving a rejection of the identified query from the user, a query based on the query structure is generated and selected for performance. The selected query is then performed on at least one data source and query output from the performed query is provided to the user.

Apparatus for detecting or monitoring for a chemical precursor in a high temperature environment

An apparatus and method are disclosed for monitoring and/or detecting concentrations of a chemical precursor in a reaction chamber. The apparatus and method have an advantage of operating in a high temperature environment. An optical emissions spectrometer (OES) is coupled to a gas source, such as a solid source vessel, in order to monitor or detect an output of the chemical precursor to the reaction chamber. Alternatively, a small sample of precursor can be periodically monitored flowing into the OES and into a vacuum pump, thus bypassing the reaction chamber.

BIPOLAR COMBINATION DEVICE THAT AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTS PRESSURE BASED ON ENERGY MODALITY

A surgical instrument, system and method for adjusting a compression force applied by a surgical instrument are disclosed. The method includes determining tissue impedance of tissue in contact with an end effector of the surgical instrument, determining a tissue type based on the tissue impedance, selecting a first energy modality to deliver to the surgical instrument, generating a first signal waveform based on the first energy modality, selecting a second energy modality to deliver to the surgical instrument, generating a second signal waveform based on the second energy modality, outputting the first and second signal waveform to deliver energy to the end effector, and adjusting a compression force applied by the end effector by changing a size of a gap between the tissue and the clamp arm based on a proportion of the first signal waveform to the second signal waveform.
