A filter system of a reactor system may comprise a filter vessel comprising an outer wall; a filter plate disposed in the filter vessel; and a filter disposed on the filter plate. The filter plate may comprise a first plate face and a second plate face with a plate body spanning therebetween; a first plate hole disposed through the plate body spanning between the first plate face and the second plate face; and/or a plate hole rim protruding from the first plate surface. The plate hole rim may be disposed at or proximate a plate hole edge defining the first plate hole, and/or at least partially surrounding the first plate hole. The first filter may be disposed on the first plate face, and the first filter may engage with the plate hole rim such that the plate hole rim positions the first filter in a desired position.

Gas supply assemblies and reactors systems including the gas supply assemblies are disclosed. An exemplary gas supply assembly includes a vessel, a valve plate, a housing encasing the vessel and the valve plate, a gas feedthrough having a first end interior of the housing and a second end exterior of the housing, and one or more valves attached to the valve plate, wherein at least one valve is fluidly coupled to an interior of the vessel. The assemblies can further include a removable gas line having a first end coupled to the at least one valve and a second end coupled to the gas feedthrough. Channeled lift pin
A reactor system may comprise a reaction chamber enclosed by a chamber sidewall, and a susceptor disposed in the reaction chamber between a reaction space and a lower chamber space comprised in the reaction chamber. The susceptor may comprise a pin hole disposed through the susceptor such that the pin hole is in fluid communication with the reaction space and the lower chamber space, and such that the reaction space is in fluid communication with the lower chamber space. A lift pin may be disposed in the pin hole. The lift pin may comprise a pin body comprising a pin channel, defined by a pin channel surface, disposed in the pin body such that the reaction space is in fluid communication with the lower chamber space when the lift pin is disposed in the pin hole.

An injector configured to be placed in a process chamber of a batch furnace assembly for injecting a gas into said process chamber. The injector has an elongated, tubular housing enclosing an injection chamber. The housing has a gas inlet opening for supplying a gas from a gas source to the injection chamber, at least one gas supply opening for supplying the gas from the injection chamber into the process chamber, and a circumferential wall extending in a longitudinal direction of the housing. The circumferential wall comprises a first lateral wall half and a second lateral wall half. Both lateral wall halves substantially span a length of the housing in the longitudinal direction. The first and second lateral wall halves are fastened to each other by means of mechanical fastening.

Various analytics systems are disclosed. An analytics system is configured to communicably couple to a plurality of surgical hubs that are controlled by control programs. The analytics system comprises a processor and a memory coupled to the processor. The memory stores instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the analytics system to: receive perioperative data indicative of an operational behavior of the surgical hubs; analyze the perioperative data to determine whether an update condition is satisfied; generate a control program update according to whether the update condition is satisfied; and transmit the control program update to the surgical hubs. The perioperative data comprises data detected by the surgical hubs during a surgical procedure. The control program update is configured to alter the manner in which the control programs operate the surgical hubs during a surgical procedure based on the operational behavior.

Surgical network recommendations from real time analysis of procedure variables against a baseline highlighting differences from the optimal solution
Various systems and methods providing recommendations based on analysis of surgical procedure variables are disclosed. A computer system, such as a surgical hub, can be configured to be communicably coupled to a surgical device. The computer system can be programmed to determine contextual data related to the surgical procedure being performed based at least in part of perioperative data received from the surgical device paired with the computer system. Further, the computer system can determine a procedural variable associated with the determined surgical context and then compare the procedural variable to a baseline. Depending upon the outcome of the comparison, the computer system can provide intraoperative or postoperative recommendations to the surgical staff.

Situationally aware surgical system configured for use during a surgical procedure
Various systems and methods for controlling surgical devices are disclosed. A computer system, such as a surgical hub, can be configured to be communicably coupled to a surgical device and a camera configured to view an operating room. The computer system can be programmed to receive images of surgical staff members and surgical devices within the operating room during a surgical procedure. The computer system can further determine conditions or characteristics associated with the surgical staff members and surgical devices, such as whether a surgical staff member is performing a particular gesture or the pose of a surgical device, such as a surgical instrument, during a surgical procedure. The computer system can then control the paired surgical devices accordingly.

A surgical hub is for use with a surgical instrument configured to deliver therapeutic energy to tissue at a surgical site of a surgical procedure. The surgical hub comprises: a hub enclosure, comprising a docking station including a docking port comprising data and power contacts; and a combo generator module removably retainable in the docking station. The combo generator module comprises: an ultrasonic energy generator component; a radio frequency (RF) energy generator component; a smoke evacuation component; and a connection port. At least one of the ultrasonic energy generator component and the radio frequency (RF) generator component are couplable to the surgical instrument through the connection port. The combo generator module further comprises at least one smoke evacuation component, configured to evacuate smoke generated by an application of therapeutic energy to the tissue by the surgical instrument.
