RETAINER ASSEMBLY INCLUDING A TISSUE THICKNESS COMPENSATOR
A retainer for assembling tissue thickness compensators to a surgical stapler can comprise a grip, a first surface for supporting a first tissue thickness compensator, a second surface for supporting a second tissue thickness compensator, and clips for aligning and attaching the retainer to the surgical stapler. The clips may align and attach the retainer to a staple cartridge of the surgical instrument. The clips may align the retainer with an anvil of the surgical instrument. An insertion tool may be used in combination with the retainer to insert the retainer into the surgical stapler and to push the tissue thickness compensators against the anvil and/or the staple cartridge of the surgical instrument.

Heterogenous Neural Network
Heterogenous neural networks are disclosed that have neurons that represent objects in the real world or linked functions. The neurons have input and output that represent the movement of variables between the functions; their locations in the neural net represents actual object location or function location in terms of the other functions. Multiple types of inputs can be set up such that during backpropagation, only a subset of the possible inputs are backpropagated to. The activation functions of the neurons represent the physical behavior of the objects in the real world.

Methods of detecting analytes
Localized detection of RNA in a tissue sample that includes cells is accomplished on an array. The array include a number of features on a substrate. Each feature includes a different capture probe immobilized such that the capture probe has a free 3′ end. Each feature occupies a distinct position on the array and has an area of less than about 1 mm2. Each capture probe is a nucleic acid molecule, which includes a positional domain including a nucleotide sequence unique to a particular feature, and a capture domain including a nucleotide sequence complementary to the RNA to be detected. The capture domain can be at a position 3′ of the positional domain.

Electrically-driven fracturing well site system
A wellsite system for electrically-driven fracturing may include a power supply system, one or more electrically-driven fracturing systems, one or more electrically-driven sand blenders, a sand supply system, a liquid supply system, and one or more manifolds. The power supply system includes a gas turbine generator set configured to provide power to the one or more electrically-driven fracturing systems and the one or more electrically-driven sand blenders respectively. The sand supply system and the liquid supply system are both connected to input ends of the electrically-driven sand blenders. Output ends of the electrically-driven sand blenders are connected to the electrically-driven fracturing systems through the one or more manifolds. The electrically-driven fracturing systems are connected to a wellhead through the one or more manifolds.

Devices, methods, and graphical user interfaces for interacting with three-dimensional environments
A computer system presents first computer-generated content. While presenting the first computer-generated content, the computer system detects first movement of a first user in a physical environment, and in response: in accordance with a determination that the first movement changes a spatial relationship between the first user and a second user in the physical environment from a first spatial relationship to a second spatial relationship and that the change in spatial relationship meets first criteria, the computer system changes one or more output properties of the first computer-generated content; and in accordance with the determination that the first movement changes the spatial relationship from the first spatial relationship to the second spatial relationship and that the change in spatial relationship does not meet the first criteria, the computer system presents the first computer-generated content without changing the one or more output properties of the first computer-generated content.

Fluid collection assemblies including at least one securement body
Embodiments disclosed herein include fluid collection assemblies with at least one securement body. In an embodiment, a fluid collection assembly is disclosed. The fluid collection assembly includes a fluid impermeable barrier at least defining a chamber, at least one opening, and a fluid outlet. The fluid collection assembly also includes at least one porous material disposed in the chamber and at least one securement body configured to limit movement of the fluid collection assembly relative to a region about a urethral opening of a patient. The at least one securement body includes at least one of a plurality of fibers exhibiting an average lateral dimension of about 5 μm or less, a plurality of suction cups, or at least one friction material exhibiting a coefficient of static friction that is greater than at least a portion of the at least one porous material.

Metric based dynamic virtual private network (VPN) tunnel between branch gateway devices
Example implementation relates to a method for establishing a dynamic VPN tunnel between branch gateway devices based on metric data. A branch orchestrator receives metric data from VPNC device. The metric data includes data center bandwidth and processor utilization of the VPNC device. The metric data is derived from the traffic being routed via the VPNC device. When the metric data associated with traffic between a first branch gateway device and a second branch gateway device is above a Service Level Agreement (SLA), a dynamic branch to branch VPN tunnel is established to route the traffic between the first branch gateway device and the second branch gateway device. The VPN tunnel between the branch gateways can be teared when the load at the VPNC device reduces.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING IMAGES TO DETERMINE PLAQUE PROGRESSION AND REGRESSION
Systems and methods are disclosed for evaluating a patient with vascular disease. One method includes receiving patient-specific data regarding a geometry of the patient's vasculature; creating an anatomic model representing at least a portion of a location of disease in the patient's vasculature based on the received patient-specific data; identifying one or more changes in geometry of the anatomic model based on a modeled progression or regression of disease at the location; calculating one or more values of a blood flow characteristic within the patient's vasculature using a computational model based on the identified one or more changes in geometry of the anatomic model; and generating an electronic graphical display of a relationship between the one or more values of the calculated blood flow characteristic and the identified one or more changes in geometry of the anatomic model.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR TREATING VASCULAR OCCLUSION
A system and method for managing an occlusion, such as a blood clot, within a lumen or passageway of a patient. More particularly, a system and method for rapidly restoring blood flow through an occlusion including a self-expanding, tubular member through which blood may flow when in an expanded state. The tubular member has a structure configured to engage the occlusive material, thereby allowing for extraction of at least a portion of the occlusive material. The system may further employ a material extraction member that is deployed distally of the tubular member.
