A set of pods can be interchangeably located in the aperture of the template. Each pod can be secured to respective locations on the user. The template and the knee pivot anchor can be removed from the user with the pods remaining in place on the user to support a goniometer.

Processing of nucleic acids and barcoding nucleic acids are disclosed. Methods for increasing amounts and quality of un-fixed biomolecules (e.g., nucleic acids, RNA) from fixed cells or nuclei are disclosed. Polymers like polyethylene glycol (PEG) increase the amount and quality of ribonucleic acid (RNA) obtained from un-fixed cells or nuclei. Disclosed are methods for using un-fixed cells/nuclei and biomolecules from un-fixed cells/nuclei in various assays. Polymers like PEG increase the efficiency of nucleic acid polymerase reactions (e.g., DNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase) in presence of un-fixing agents. In some examples, PEG increases reverse transcriptase activity, in the presence of proteases, when PEG is included in the reaction.

FLUID COLLECTION DEVICES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS

A fluid collection device may include a fluid impermeable barrier and a fluid permeable body in some examples. The fluid impermeable barrier includes an inner surface at least partially defining a chamber. A method for aligning a sample to an array is provided. An image of sample image of a sample can be received by a data processor. The sample image having a first resolution. An array image including an overlay of an array with the sample and an array fiducial can be received by the data processor. The array image having a second resolution lower than the first resolution of the sample image. The sample image can be registered to the array image by aligning the sample image and the array image. An aligned image can be generated based on the registering. The aligned image can include an overlay of the sample image with the array. The aligned image can be provided by the data processor. A method for detecting fiducials associated with an array is provided. Systems and non-transitory computer readable mediums performing the method are also provided.

Isolated power converter package with molded transformer

An isolated power converter package includes a leadframe including a first and second die pad, first and second supports connected to first leads, second leads. A first semiconductor die is on the first die pad and a second semiconductor die is on the second die pad. The molded transformer includes a top and bottom side magnetic sheet each having a magnetic mold material including magnetic particles in a second dielectric material on respective sides of a laminate substrate including a dielectric material and a first coil and a second coil that each include a coil contact. Edges of the laminate substrate are on the supports. Bond wires are between the first die bond pads and the second leads, between the second die bond pads and the second leads, between the first die bond pads and coil contacts, and between the second die bond pads and the coil contacts.
