Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Technical Field

This patent relates to food containers. More particularly, this patent relates to a container for holding milk and cereal in separate compartments, until ready for consumption. Wherein, a simple use mechanism designated for children's easy use, enables to press and allows controlled flow of some milk from the upper container compartment into to the cereal compartment section.

Background of the Invention

Children's take breakfast most time to school. It is well known that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, it is common knowledge that children's have just some few minutes to “sit down” and eat a balanced healthy breakfast in some breaks from class. It is also common knowledge that children's breakfasts are “fast-food” such as sandwiches, mostly' because schools doesn't supply refrigerators or heating means for a better children's breakfasts.

The present invention relates to milk and cereal container having a designed container compartments and mechanism to be filled with milk and cereal, placed in one's briefcase, backpack, lunchbox, etc., and carried until the user is ready to eat. The present invention enables the user to eat a healthy meal optionally, of cold milk and crunchy cereal at his or her convenience.

Containers for holding milk and cereal can be found in the prior art. For example, Keck U.S. Pat. No. 4,5.58,804 describes a carousel type appliance in which milk is held in a lower chamber and cereal is held in an upper carousel. The user rotates the carousel which releases a measured amount of cereal and sips the milk from the lower chamber. Sullivan U.S. Pat. No. 4,625,882 describes a toy-like device in which the milk and cereal are mixed together by dumping the milk from a pivotally supported. Davis U.S. Pat. No. 4,986,433 describes a serving piece in which cereal go down a spout into a bowl in which milk is held.

None of the prior art patents discloses a milk and cereal container which can be easily operated, and easily transported. Therefore, there exists a need for a milk and cereal container which holds milk and cereal in separate compartments until ready to be consumed, can be easily operated and transported, and optionally, keeps the milk cold until ready to use.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

It is to be understood that both the foregoing general description and the following detailed description present embodiments of the invention and are intended to provide an overview or framework for understanding the nature and character of the invention as it is claimed. The accompanying drawings are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated into and constitute a part of this specification. The drawings illustrate various embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles and operations of the invention but not to limit the invention to these descriptions only.

The present invention renew in a container for milk and cereals comprising a milk reservoir compartment and a cereal compartment. Wherein, the milk and cereals container, comprises from some built-in two compartments, an upper compartment and beneath it a lower compartment. Wherein, the upper compartment designated to contain milk and the lower compartment designated to contain cereal. Wherein, the milk and the cereal are separate, each in its separate compartment. Wherein, the upper compartment contains the milk, has an upper hole and a lower hole, which in a default condition of the invention are closed by the simple use mechanism designated for easy children's use in the present invention.

Such mechanism passes from the external upper compartment of the container, visible and accessible to the user from outside of the compartment, passes through the inner hollow section of the upper compartment to the lower bottom of such compartment, passes and closes the lower holes of such compartment.

Wherein, pressing the upper section of the mechanism, pushes the mechanism downwards, reveals and opens the lower hole that the lower section of the mechanism closes, enabling controlled flow of the milk from milk upper compartment to the cereals lower compartment of the container.

Wherein, the upper section of the cereal compartment, lower compartment of the container, is an open section that is not closed by ceiling. Wherein, the cereals compartment upper section “ceiling”, is the “lower bottom section” of the milk compartment, and in such “bottom section” is the mentioned “hole” that is in a “close condition”, closed by the mechanism when there is no external interference, and opens, when the upper mechanism is press downwards. Wherein, such upper and the lower section of the mechanism includes a “sealer rubber rings” that in the “default condition” of the mechanism, when there is no press, enabling closing and preventing of the milk to pass from the upper compartment of the container to the lower compartment of the container of the present invention.

Wherein, such mechanism composite from the upper section, the “press button”, connected to some “rod” passes to the bottom of the milk compartment, includes section that closes the hole in bottom of such compartment. Wherein, a spring connected to the “rod” in one end of the spring and connected to the milk compartment in its second end, enable the mechanism to be pressed down by pressing the “press button”, and by releasing the mechanism, enabling the mechanism to returns to its default condition, such condition that closes the holes and stops the flow of the milk downwards.

The present invention enables children by such pressing to enable the flow of the milk from the upper compartment of the container section into to the cereal compartment of the container lower compartment section.

It is another option and implementation of the present invention that the milk compartment is made out from some temperature-preserving materials and from freshness preserving materials, as known in the Prior-Art, enables to preserve the milk cold and freshness until it is ready for consumption.

The present invention keeps the cereal compartment and milk compartment separate until the user wishes to eat.

The container has connecting means that enable to open and close some sections of the container, enables it to be washable and reusable, and enables to fill it with milk, and other liquids and cereal.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a container which holds milk and cereal in separate compartments until ready to be consumed.

A further object is to provide a container for milk and cereal which can be easily transported.
