This product will be placed on cigars, hemp, and tobacco wraps. Caricatures, names, logos, emblems, horoscopes, cartoons, initials, shapes, plants, animals, numbers, pictures, emojis, design logos, insects, aliens, vehicles and designs will be placed on the outside of the smoking unit. This allows the product to meet any requirements making it safe to smoke or digest via Surgeon General approval or FDA requirements. This product will only be placed on approved smoking units. The logos/artwork will only be used if approved by the designated owner. Any other emblems/logos will and can be added only by the inventor and or the company founder who invests and takes part ownership of the concept/invention.
Edible markers, and stamps coated in food coloring are used to place specified names, horoscopes, caricatures, initials, cartoons etc. (Section A) on the exterior of the smoking units. The food coloring is applied to a stamp pad. After that, the stamp is put on the stamp pad then lightly placed on the exterior of the smoking unit. Another way for application of the design to the smoking unit is by drawing on the exterior of the unit with an edible marker.
Today's tobacco products for the most part all look the same. There isn't anything to make them unique from one another no matter the brand.
FIG. 1) The image shown in FIG. 1 represents the exterior of the tobacco product (non chewing tobacco/cigarettes) before customized designs or logos are placed utilizing food coloring.
FIG. 2) The image shown is an example of how the finished product would look after food coloring and images are placed on the exterior of the tobacco product. Each customized image is imprinted based on the customer's request. 1E: favorite teams, birthdays, zip codes ect.
FIG. 3) This image shows the exterior of the tobacco product in a rolled view after designs are placed utilizing food coloring. The customized image once placed/imprinted will expose the images based on how the tobacco product is consumed and or rolled.
Special note: The designs in FIG. 2/3 will be placed on the exterior of the tobacco product within the parameters of the smoking unit. The logos will not infringe on any copyright laws.
