Smart Summary: A carrying support assembly helps people carry objects without hurting their lower back. It has two panels: the first panel goes between the user's waist and torso, while the second panel is angled to create a flat surface for holding items. When the first panel is secured in place, it keeps the second panel level. This design helps distribute the weight of the object more evenly. As a result, users can carry things more comfortably and safely. ๐ TL;DR
A carrying support assembly for facilitating a user to carry an object without injuring the user's lower back includes a carrying support has a first panel that is insertable between a waist line of a user's pants and the user's torso. The carrying support has a second panel that is oriented at an angle with respect to the first panel such that the second panel defines a carrying surface upon which an object can be positioned when the object is being carried by the user. The first panel retains the second panel in a horizontal orientation when the first panel is nested in the waist line of the user's pants. In this way the second panel reduces strain on the user's lower back when the user is carrying the object.

An embodiment of the disclosure meets the needs presented above by generally comprising a carrying support has a first panel that is insertable between a waist line of a user's pants and the user's torso.
There has thus been outlined, rather broadly, the more important features of the disclosure in order that the detailed description thereof that follows may be better understood, and in order that the present contribution to the art may be better appreciated. There are additional features of the disclosure that will be described hereinafter and which will form the subject matter of the claims appended hereto.
The objects of the disclosure, along with the various features of novelty which characterize the disclosure, are pointed out with particularity in the claims annexed to and forming a part of this disclosure.
The disclosure will be better understood and objects other than those set forth above will become apparent when consideration is given to the following detailed description thereof. Such description makes reference to the annexed drawings wherein:
FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a carrying support assembly according to an embodiment of the disclosure.
FIG. 2 is a left side view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
FIG. 3 is a front view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
FIG. 4 is a front perspective in-use view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
FIG. 5 is a left side in-use view of an embodiment of the disclosure.
With reference now to the drawings, and in particular to FIGS. 1 through 5 thereof, a new carrying device embodying the principles and concepts of an embodiment of the disclosure and generally designated by the reference numeral 10 will be described.
As best illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5, the carrying support assembly 10 generally comprises a carrying support 12 that has a first panel 14 which is insertable between a waist line 16 of pants 18 worn by a user 19 and the user's torso 20. The carrying support 12 has a second panel 22 that is oriented at an angle with respect to the first panel 14 such that the second panel 22 defines a carrying surface 24 upon which an object 26 can be positioned when the object 26 is being carried by the user 19. The object 26 may be any object 26 that might otherwise be too heavy for the user 19 to carry without injuring the user's lower back 28. The first panel 14 retains the second panel 22 in a horizontal orientation when the first panel 14 is nested in the waist line 16 of the user's pants 18. In this way the second panel 22 reduces strain on the user's lower back 28 when the user 19 is carrying the object 26.
The second panel 22 has a rear threshold 30 and a top surface 32 and the first panel 14 extends downwardly from the second panel 22. The first panel 14 is aligned with the rear threshold 30 of the second panel 22. The first panel 14 lies on a plane that is perpendicularly oriented with a plane upon which the second panel 22 lies such that the top surface 32 of the second panel 22 defines the carrying surface 24 when the first panel 14 is nested in the waist line 16 of the user's pants 18. Furthermore, the second panel 22 extends forwardly away from the waist line 16 of the user's pants 18 when the first panel 14 is nested in the waist line 16. In this way the second panel 22 facilitates the object 26 to be carried in front of the user 19.
The carrying support 12 has a third panel 34 extending downwardly from a lower surface 36 of the second panel 22. The third panel 34 is spaced from the first panel 14 to define a waist line space 38 between the first panel 14 and the third panel 34 such that the waist line space 38 receives the waist line 16 of the user's pants 18. The third panel 34 extends downwardly along a front 40 of the user's pants 18 when the first panel 14 is nested in the waist line 16. The third panel 34 is oriented to line on a plane that is oriented parallel to the first panel 14. The second panel 22 has a length that is greater than a length of the first panel 14 and the third panel 34 has a length is less than the length of the first panel 14.
In use, the first panel 14 is extended downwardly between the waist line 16 of the user's pants 18 and the user's torso 20 such that the second panel 22 lies on a horizontal plane and the waist line 16 is positioned in the waist line space 38 between the third panel 34 and the first panel 14. In this way the object 26 can be placed on the second panel 22 to facilitate a significant amount of the weight of the object 26 to be transferred into the waist line 16 of the user's pants 18 and the user's torso 20. In this way the user 19 can carry the object 26 without placing undue stress on the user's lower back 28 thereby reducing the likelihood that the user 19 will injure their lower back while carrying the object 26.
With respect to the above description then, it is to be realized that the optimum dimensional relationships for the parts of an embodiment enabled by the disclosure, to include variations in size, materials, shape, form, function and manner of operation, assembly and use, are deemed readily apparent and obvious to one skilled in the art, and all equivalent relationships to those illustrated in the drawings and described in the specification are intended to be encompassed by an embodiment of the disclosure.
Therefore, the foregoing is considered as illustrative only of the principles of the disclosure. Further, since numerous modifications and changes will readily occur to those skilled in the art, it is not desired to limit the disclosure to the exact construction and operation shown and described, and accordingly, all suitable modifications and equivalents may be resorted to, falling within the scope of the disclosure. In this patent document, the word โcomprisingโ is used in its non-limiting sense to mean that items following the word are included, but items not specifically mentioned are not excluded. A reference to a panel by the indefinite article โaโ does not exclude the possibility that more than one of the panel is present, unless the context clearly requires that there be only one of the panels.
