FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to the field of packaging equipment, and specifically refers to an electronically controlled product packaging molding device.

BACKGROUND OF THE RELATED ART

According to the current enterprise factory export packaging products, they are packed manually, which damages the products and deforms the packaging of the products, destroying the packaging value. Customers often react strongly, and many enterprises and factories suffer damage and loss of trust. The weather is very hot in summer, and the temperature inside the container is higher. In order to solve the above technical problems, the technical solutions provided by the invention are: an electronically controlled product packaging molding device, comprising a front steel plate, steel behind the front steel plate, and fixed steel, wherein the front steel plate is welded by steel pipes, and the rear of the front steel plate is provided with a steel behind the front steel plate; the steel behind the front steel plate is provided with an upper steel bar right electric cylinder, and the side of the upper steel bar right electric cylinder is provided with an upper steel bar left electric cylinder; an upper steel bar is connected to the ends of the upper steel bar left electric cylinder and the upper steel bar right electric cylinder; the lower part of the upper steel bar left electric cylinder is provided with a lower steel bar left electric cylinder, and the side of the lower steel bar left electric cylinder is provided with a lower steel bar right electric cylinder; a lower steel bar is connected to the ends of the lower steel bar right electric cylinder and the lower steel bar left electric cylinder; one side of the steel behind the front steel plate is provided with a right steel bar electric cylinder, and the other end thereof is provided with a left steel bar electric cylinder; the end of the right steel bar electric cylinder is connected with a right arm steel; the side of the fixed steel is provided with a left arm steel, and the left arm steel is connected with a left electric cylinder A; the other side of the fixed steel is provided with a right arm steel, and the right arm steel is connected with a right electric cylinder A.

Compared with the existing technology, the advantages of the invention are: the movement of the upper, lower, left and right steel plates is controlled by electric cylinders to realize packaging molding of the product; the device has a simple structure, is easy to operate, improves work efficiency and molding effect, reduces human workload, reduces human and material costs, improves packaging efficiency, and has good applicability.

Further, the upper steel bar left electric cylinder, the upper steel bar right electric cylinder, the lower steel bar right electric cylinder, and the lower steel bar left electric cylinder are all installed on the steel behind the front steel plate.

Further, when the electronically controlled product packaging molding device is used, items are placed on the table.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The invention will be further described in detail hereinafter with reference to the drawings.

When the invention is in specific implementation, as shown in the embodiment in FIGS. 1-3, an electronically controlled product packaging molding device, comprising a front steel plate, steel behind the front steel plate, and fixed steel, wherein the front steel plate is welded by steel pipes, and the rear of the front steel plate is provided with a steel behind the front steel plate; the steel behind the front steel plate is provided with an upper steel bar right electric cylinder 4, and the side of the upper steel bar right electric cylinder 4 is provided with an upper steel bar left electric cylinder 5; an upper steel bar 3 is connected to the ends of the upper steel bar left electric cylinder 5 and the upper steel bar right electric cylinder 4; the lower part of the upper steel bar left electric cylinder 5 is provided with a lower steel bar left electric cylinder 10, and the side of the lower steel bar left electric cylinder 10 is provided with a lower steel bar right electric cylinder 9; a lower steel bar 8 is connected to the ends of the lower steel bar right electric cylinder 9 and the lower steel bar left electric cylinder 10; one side of the steel behind the front steel plate is provided with a right steel bar electric cylinder 11, and the other end thereof is provided with a left steel bar electric cylinder 12; the end of the right steel bar electric cylinder 11 is connected with a right arm steel 7; the side of the fixed steel is provided with a left arm steel 1, and the left arm steel 1 is connected with a left electric cylinder A 2; the other side of the fixed steel is provided with a right arm steel 7, and the right arm steel 7 is connected with a right electric cylinder A 6. When the electronically controlled product packaging molding device is used, items are placed on the table. By controlling the expansion and contraction of the electric cylinders, the four steel plates move according to the preset program to package and mold the items. The specific movement process can be controlled by a computer program, making the device highly automated and greatly improving work efficiency.

In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, stack two items for packaging. The height of the container is 2.73 meters and the width is 2.33 meters. The table is designed to be 2.2 meters and 2 meters wide. The product packaging boxes are placed neatly on the table with a width of 2.33 mm. The length of the display box is 2.2 meters, which is determined according to the specifications of the packaging box. The packaging method is divided into two parts: half-panel goods are put into the stacking, and they are divided into lower and upper panels. The upper and lower panels are arranged neatly and docked to avoid obstacles caused by loading and stacking. The whole operation is done in the container instead of manual operation.

All in all, structural methods and embodiments similar to the technical solution without deviating from the purpose of the invention made by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative design shall all fall within the protection scope of the invention.

1. An electronically controlled product packaging molding device, comprising a front steel plate, steel behind the front steel plate, and fixed steel, wherein the front steel plate is welded by steel pipes, and the rear of the front steel plate is provided with a steel behind the front steel plate; the steel behind the front steel plate is provided with an upper steel bar right electric cylinder, and the side of the upper steel bar right electric cylinder is provided with an upper steel bar left electric cylinder; an upper steel bar is connected to the ends of the upper steel bar left electric cylinder and the upper steel bar right electric cylinder; the lower part of the upper steel bar left electric cylinder is provided with a lower steel bar left electric cylinder, and the side of the lower steel bar left electric cylinder is provided with a lower steel bar right electric cylinder; a lower steel bar is connected to the ends of the lower steel bar right electric cylinder and the lower steel bar left electric cylinder; one side of the steel behind the front steel plate is provided with a right steel bar electric cylinder, and the other end thereof is provided with a left steel bar electric cylinder; the end of the right steel bar electric cylinder is connected with a right arm steel; the side of the fixed steel is provided with a left arm steel, and the left arm steel is connected with a left electric cylinder A; the other side of the fixed steel is provided with a right arm steel, and the right arm steel is connected with a right electric cylinder A.

The electronically controlled product packaging molding device according to claim 1, wherein the upper steel bar left electric cylinder, the upper steel bar right electric cylinder, the lower steel bar right electric cylinder, and the lower steel bar left electric cylinder are all installed on the steel behind the front steel plate.

3. The electronically controlled product packaging molding device according to claim 1, wherein when the electronically controlled product packaging molding device is used, items are placed on the table.
