DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

The following is a detailed description of the specific implementation method of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments, so as to make the technical solution of the present application easier to understand and master. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described here are only for explaining the present application and not for limiting the present application.

The present application provides a cup, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, including a cup body 100 and a cup lid 200. A lid body 210 is removably fixed on the cup body 100. The cup lid 200 includes the lid body 210, and a mounting chamber 211 is provided at the lid body 210. The mounting chamber 211 is detachably provided with an elastic mounting base 220, which can be made of silicone. The switch component 230 can be made of plastic or stainless steel. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the mounting base 220 has a first channel, and the mounting base 220 is provided with a switch component 230. The switch component 230 includes a ball-nose 231 rotatably embedded into the mounting base 220 and an operation portion 232 located outside the mounting base 220. The mounting base 220 is elastic, the mounting base can form a good sealing fit with the ball-nose 231 of the switch component 230 and allow the switch component 230 to rotate relative to the mounting base 220. The ball-nose 231 is configured to divide the first channel into an upper channel 221 and a lower channel 222, and the ball-nose 231 has a second channel 234. The switch component 230 has an open position and a closed position. As shown in FIG. 4, when the switch component 230 is in the open position, the second channel 234 communicates the upper channel 221 with the lower channel 222. As shown in FIG. 2, when the switch component 230 is in the closed position, the ball-nose 231 disconnects the upper channel 221 and the lower channel 222.

The mounting base 220 is provided with a suction pipe 240, and a bottom of the mounting chamber 211 has a mounting hole 212 penetrating downward. The mounting base 220 includes a plug-in portion 225 inserted into the mounting hole 212. The suction pipe 240 includes a suction nozzle 224 integrally formed on the mounting base 220 and an inner pipe body 223 inserted into the plug-in portion 225. When the switch component 230 is in the open position, the user can drink the liquid in the cup body by biting the suction nozzle 224. Since the suction nozzle 224 comes into direct contact with the mouth, it is prone to bacterial growth. The elastic mounting base 220 forms an interference fit with the lid body 210, allowing for easy disassembly and cleaning or replacement of the suction nozzle, which helps maintain its hygiene. When replacing the mounting base 220, the mounting base 220 and the switch component 230 are removed together, then separated. The switch component 230 can be reused, reducing replacement costs.

The elastic mounting base 220 can form a stable fit with the inner pipe body 223, eliminating the need for additional parts for the inner pipe body to fit with the lid body 210 and simplifying the structure of the cup lid 200. The inner pipe body is inserted into the cup body 100 and connected to the suction nozzle through the first channel and the second channel.

As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, an outer contour of the mounting base 220 is larger than an outer diameter of the suction nozzle 224. This larger mounting base 220 better secures the ball-nose 231, allowing for a larger ball-nose size and thus a larger second channel 234, improving drinking smoothness. The diameter of the ball-nose 231 is greater than that of the connecting column 233, and the inner wall of the mounting base 220 is in contact with the switch component 230.

As shown in FIG. 2, the lid body 210 has a mounting groove 213. The operation portion 232 is connected to the ball-nose 231 via a connecting column 233, the connecting column 233 is embedded in the mounting groove 213. The operation portion 232 protrudes from the upper surface of the lid body 210, preventing the connecting column 233 from protruding from the upper surface of the lid body 210.

As shown in FIG. 3, the lid body 210 has a closed operation groove 214. When the switch component 230 is in the open position, a closing operation surface on the operation portion 232 is tilted towards the closed operation groove 214. When closing the cup, the finger can make better contact with the closing operation surface, facilitating the closing operation. When the switch component 230 is in the closed position (as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2), there is no corresponding groove at the corresponding position, reducing the risk of accidental opening and leakage.

The lid body 210 is provided with a first air return hole 215, the mounting base 220 is provided with a second air return hole 226, and the switch component 230 is provided with a third air return hole 235. When the switch component 230 is in the open position, the first air return hole 215, the second air return hole 226, and the third air return hole 235 are communicated. When the switch component 230 is in the closed position, the second air return hole 226 and the third air return hole 235 are disconnected.

In an embodiment, the suction pipe 240 includes separate suction nozzle and inner pipe body parts. In this embodiment, the suction pipe 240 is an integral structure.

In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, when the switch component is in the open position, the suction pipe 240 passes through the first channel and the second channel. The upper end of the suction pipe 240 protrudes from the mounting base 220, and the lower end is inserted into the cup body 100. To close the cup, pull out the suction pipe 240 and rotate the switch component to the closed position. The suction pipe 240 can be independently disassembled and replaced from the mounting base, allowing it to be replaced with a conventional, more universal suction pipe 240, reducing replacement costs and ensuring cup hygiene.

The above are only some embodiments of the present application, and do not limit the scope of the present application thereto. Under the concept of the present application, equivalent structural transformations made according to the description and drawings of the present application, or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the present application.
