CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application 202422434701.8, filed on Oct. 8, 2024, which is incorporated herein by reference.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The disclosure relates to the field of foldable chairs, and in particular to a fully foldable moon chair.

BACKGROUND

A moon chair, as a traditional form of furniture, is widely welcomed because of its unique shape and comfortableness for sitting. However, the traditional moon chair is not convenient to store and transport due to its large size, which makes its use limited in a modern home environment. In the prior art, Chinese patent No. CN 220174777U discloses a foldable moon chair seat frame, including two vertical bracket rods in an up-down direction, two front-rear bracket rods in a front-rear direction, a back hinged bracket and a front support hinged bracket. The foldable moon chair seat frame has the following problems: the vertical bracket rods are too long, so that the foldable chair frame has an excessive overall height, and thus occupies a large space after folded; and the structure of the back hinged bracket is not simple enough, which increases the assembly workload.

SUMMARY

In view of the defects in the prior art, the disclosure provides a fully foldable moon chair, which mainly solves the problems of inconvenience in folding and large size after folding.

In order to achieve the above objective, the disclosure is realized by the following technical solution:

The disclosure provides a fully foldable moon chair, including two rear leg and seat tubes inclined downward from front to rear, two front leg and back tubes inclined downward from rear to front, two back top tubes, a front cross bracket and a rear cross bracket. The front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are each formed by crossly hinging two tubes. A middle of the rear leg and seat tube and a middle of the front leg and back tube are crossly hinged. The front cross bracket is hinged with upper ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes and lower ends of the two front leg and back tubes. The rear cross bracket is hinged with lower ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes and upper ends of the two front leg and back tubes. Lower ends of the two back top tubes are respectively hinged with the upper ends of the two front leg and back tubes. In a folded state, the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are each bunched up left and right, the rear leg and seat tubes and the front leg and back tubes are close to each other and bunched up front and rear, the back top tube on a left side is bunched up to a left side of the front leg and back tube on a same side, and the back top tube on a right side is bunched up to a right side of the front leg and back tube on a same side.

Preferably, the back top tube is connected to the front leg and back tube through a back connecting member, the back connecting member is a U-shaped member with an opening facing a left side or a right side of the moon chair, and the lower end of the back top tube and the upper end of the front leg and back tube are hinged with the back connecting member through a hinge shaft.

Preferably, the back connecting member includes a front side plate, a rear side plate and a connecting plate connected with each other. The connecting plate connects a rear side of the front side plate and a rear side of the rear side plate or the connecting plate connects a left side of the front side plate and a left side of the rear side plate. The lower end of the back top tube and the upper end of the front leg and back tube are located between the front side plate and the rear side plate. The lower end of the back top tube, the front side plate, and the rear side plate are hinged through a first hinge shaft. The upper end of the front leg and back tube, the front side plate and the rear side plate are hinged through a second hinge shaft. There is a gap for making way for rotation of the back top tube between the lower end of the back top tube and the upper end of the front leg and back tube.

Preferably, the rear leg and seat tubes, the back top tubes and the rear leg and seat tubes respectively form a curve, and in an unfolded state, the rear leg and seat tube and the back top tube are connected to form a curve recessed from a front lower side to a rear upper side, and the rear leg and seat tube forms a curve protruding from a front upper side to a rear lower side.

Preferably, the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are each formed by crossly hinging middles of two tubes. The front cross bracket is hinged with the rear leg and seat tubes and the front leg and back tubes through U-shaped connecting members, and the rear cross bracket is hinged with the rear leg and seat tubes and the front leg and back tubes through L-shaped connecting members.

Preferably, the U-shaped connecting member includes two opposite clamping arms and a transverse plate connecting the two clamping arms. The upper end of the rear leg and seat tube is hinged with the two clamping arms of the U-shaped connecting member. An inner side of the front leg and back tube is hinged with the transverse plate of the U-shaped connecting member. Upper ends of the two tubes of the front cross bracket are each hinged with the transverse plate of the U-shaped connecting member, and lower ends of the two tubes of the front cross bracket are each hinged with the two clamping arms of the U-shaped connecting member.

Preferably, the rear cross bracket includes a first tube and a second tube. A middle of the first tube and a middle of the second tube are crossly hinged. The second tube is located in front of the first tube. The rear cross bracket is hinged with the lower ends of the rear leg and seat tubes and the upper ends of the front leg and back tubes through the L-shaped connecting members. The L-shaped connecting member hinged with the second tube has a first side hinged to a front side of the second tube and a second side hinged to an inner side of the rear leg and seat tube or an inner side of the front leg and back tube, and the L-shaped connecting member hinged with the first tube has a first side hinged to a rear side of the first tube and a second side hinged to the inner side of the rear leg and seat tube or the inner side of the front leg and back tube.

Preferably, the lower ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes and the lower ends of the two front leg and back tubes are each sleeved with a food cap.

Preferably, the rear leg and seat tubes, the front leg and back tubes, the back top tubes, the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are all made of round tubes.

Further, the fully foldable moon chair further includes a chair cloth. A front end of the chair cloth is fixed to front ends of the rear leg and seat tubes. A backrest part of the chair cloth is split into two sleeving portions. The two sleeving portions are respectively sleeved on the two back top tubes. The backrest part of the chair cloth is provided with a zipper and hook and loop fasteners. When the fully foldable moon chair needs to be folded, the zipper is unfastened and the hook and loop fasteners are pulled apart such that the two sleeving portions are separated, and the sleeving portions are folded outward along with the back top tubes and bunched up. When the fully foldable moon chair needs to be unfolded, the two sleeving portions are connected into a whole through the zipper and the hook and loop fasteners to serve as a backrest.

The disclosure has the following beneficial effects:

When the moon chair needs to be folded, the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are each bunched up left and right, the rear leg and seat tubes and the front leg and back tubes are close to each other and bunched up front and rear, the back top tubes are rotated and bunched up to one side of the front leg and back tubes, so that the moon chair is folded in a front-rear direction, a left-right direction and an up-down direction. The moon chair can be folded quickly, and the folded moon chair has a small overall height and occupies a small space.

The front cross bracket is hinged with the upper ends of the rear leg and seat tubes and the lower ends of the front leg and back tubes through the U-shaped connecting members, the rear cross bracket is hinged with the rear leg and seat tubes and the front leg and back tubes through the L-shaped connecting members, and the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are each formed by crossly hinging the middles of the two tubes, so the moon chair is simple in structure, convenient to assemble and low in manufacturing cost.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS

The disclosure will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.

In the description of the disclosure, it should be understood that, the orientation or positional relationship indicated by the term “upper”, “lower”, “front”, “rear”, “left”, “right”, “top”, “bottom”, “inner”, “outer” or the like is based on the orientation or positional relationship shown in the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, this example discloses a fully foldable moon chair, including two rear leg and seat tubes 1 inclined downward from front to rear, two front leg and back tubes 2 inclined downward from rear to front, two back top tubes 3, a front cross bracket 4 and a rear cross bracket 5. A middle of the rear leg and seat tube 1 and a middle of the front leg and back tube 2 are crossly hinged. The front cross bracket 4 is hinged with upper ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes 1 and lower ends of the two front leg and back tubes 2. The rear cross bracket 5 is hinged with lower ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes 1 and upper ends of the two front leg and back tubes 2. Lower ends of the two back top tubes 3 are respectively hinged with the upper ends of the two front leg and back tubes 2. In a folded state, the front cross bracket 4 and the rear cross bracket 5 are each bunched up left and right, the rear leg and seat tubes 1 and the front leg and back tubes 2 are close to each other and bunched up front and rear, the back top tube 3 on a left side is bunched up to a left side of the front leg and back tube 2 on a same side, and the back top tube 3 on a right side is bunched up to a right side of the front leg and back tube 2 on a same side.

When the moon chair needs to be folded, the front cross bracket 4 and the rear cross bracket 5 are each bunched up left and right, the rear leg and seat tubes 1 and the front leg and back tubes 2 are close to each other and bunched up front and rear, the back top tubes 3 are rotated and bunched up to one side of the front leg and back tubes 2, thereby completing folding, so that the moon chair is folded in a front-rear direction, a left-right direction and an up-down direction. The tubes are small in length, so the folded moon chair has a small overall height and occupies a small space.

The moon chair further includes a chair cloth. A front end of the chair cloth is fixed to front ends of the rear leg and seat tubes 1. A backrest part of the chair cloth is split into two sleeving portions. The two sleeving portions are respectively sleeved on the two back top tubes 3. The backrest part of the chair cloth is provided with a zipper and hook and loop fasteners. When the fully foldable moon chair needs to be folded, the zipper is unfastened and the hook and loop fasteners are pulled apart such that the two sleeving portions are separated, and the sleeving portions are folded outward along with the back top tubes 3 and bunched up. The chair cloth assists in folding a chair frame, thereby realizing quick folding. When the fully foldable moon chair needs to be unfolded, the two sleeving portions are connected into a whole through the zipper and the hook and loop fasteners to serve as a backrest. The hook and loop fasteners prevent the zipper from becoming unfastened.

The back top tube 3 is connected to the front leg and back tube 2 through a back connecting member 6, the back connecting member 6 is a U-shaped member with an opening facing a left side or a right side of the moon chair, and the lower end of the back top tube 3 and the upper end of the front leg and back tube 2 are hinged with the back connecting member 6 through a hinge shaft.

As shown in FIG. 7, the back connecting member 6 includes a front side plate 61, a rear side plate 62 and a connecting plate 63 connected with each other. The connecting plate 63 connects a rear side of the front side plate 61 and a rear side of the rear side plate 62 or the connecting plate 63 connects a left side of the front side plate 61 and a left side of the rear side plate 62. The lower end of the back top tube 3 and the upper end of the front leg and back tube 2 are located between the front side plate 61 and the rear side plate 62. The lower end of the back top tube 3, the front side plate 61, and the rear side plate 62 are hinged through a first hinge shaft (not shown). The upper end of the front leg and back tube 2, the front side plate 61 and the rear side plate 62 are hinged through a second hinge shaft (not shown). There is a gap for making way for rotation of the back top tube 3 between the lower end of the back top tube 3 and the upper end of the front leg and back tube 2.

Preferably, the rear leg and seat tubes 1, the back top tubes 3 and the rear leg and seat tubes 1 respectively form a curve, and in an unfolded state, the rear leg and seat tube 1 and the back top tube 3 are connected to form a curve recessed from a front lower side to a rear upper side, and the rear leg and seat tube 1 forms a curve protruding from a front upper side to a rear lower side. In other examples, the rear leg and seat tubes 1, the back top tubes 3 and the rear leg and seat tubes 1 may also be straight or zigzag.

The two rear leg and seat tubes 1 are respectively located on inner sides of the two front leg and back tubes 2. In other examples, the two rear leg and seat tubes 1 may also be respectively located on outer sides of the two front leg and back tubes 2.

The front cross bracket 4 is formed by crossly hinging middles of two tubes. The front cross bracket 4 is hinged with the upper ends of the rear leg and seat tubes 1 and the lower ends of the front leg and back tubes 2 through U-shaped connecting members 7. As shown in FIG. 5, the U-shaped connecting member 7 includes two opposite clamping arms 71 and a transverse plate 72 connecting the two clamping arms 71. The upper end of the rear leg and seat tube 1 is hinged with the two clamping arms 71 of the U-shaped connecting member 7. An inner side of the front leg and back tube 2 is hinged with the transverse plate 72 of the U-shaped connecting member 7. Upper ends of the two tubes of the front cross bracket 4 are each hinged with the transverse plate 72 of the U-shaped connecting member 7, and lower ends of the two tubes of the front cross bracket 4 are each hinged with the two clamping arms 71 of the U-shaped connecting member 7. The rear cross bracket 5 is hinged with the lower ends of the rear leg and seat tubes 1 and the upper ends of the front leg and back tubes 2 through L-shaped connecting members 8.

The rear cross bracket 5 includes a first tube 51 and a second tube 52. A middle of the first tube 51 and a middle of the second tube 52 are crossly hinged. The second tube 52 is located in front of the first tube 51. The rear cross bracket 5 is hinged with the rear leg and seat tubes 1 and the front leg and back tubes 2 through the L-shaped connecting members 8 (as shown in FIG. 8). The L-shaped connecting member 8 hinged with the second tube 52 has a first side 81 hinged to a front side of the second tube 52 and a second side 82 hinged to an inner side of the rear leg and seat tube 1 or an inner side of the front leg and back tube 2, and the L-shaped connecting member 8 hinged with the first tube 51 has a first side 81 hinged to a rear side of the first tube 51 and a second side 82 hinged to the inner side of the rear leg and seat tube 1 or the inner side of the front leg and back tube 2. The front cross bracket 4 and the rear cross bracket 5 are simple in structure and easy to assemble.

The lower ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes 1 and the lower ends of the two front leg and back tubes 2 are each sleeved with a food cap 9 as shown in FIG. 6. In this example, the rear leg and seat tubes 1, the front leg and back tubes 2, the back top tubes 3, the front cross bracket 4 and the rear cross bracket 5 are all made of round tubes. In other examples, they may be made of flat tubes, square tubes or the like.

The above examples are only used to illustrate, but not to limit the technical solution of the disclosure. Although the disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing examples, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that they can still make modifications to the technical solution in the above examples or make equivalent replacements on part of the technical features. These modifications or replacements do not make the corresponding technical solution depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solution of the examples of the disclosure. Therefore, all other examples obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative work shall fall into the scope of protection of the disclosure.

Claims

1. A fully foldable moon chair, comprising two rear leg and seat tubes inclined downward from front to rear, two front leg and back tubes inclined downward from rear to front, two back top tubes, a front cross bracket and a rear cross bracket, wherein the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are each formed by crossly hinging two tubes, a middle of the rear leg and seat tube and a middle of the front leg and back tube are crossly hinged, the front cross bracket is hinged with upper ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes and lower ends of the two front leg and back tubes, the rear cross bracket is hinged with lower ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes and upper ends of the two front leg and back tubes, and lower ends of the two back top tubes are respectively hinged with the upper ends of the two front leg and back tubes;

wherein in a folded state, the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are each bunched up left and right, the rear leg and seat tubes and the front leg and back tubes are close to each other and bunched up front and rear, the back top tube on a left side is bunched up to a left side of the front leg and back tube on a same side, and the back top tube on a right side is bunched up to a right side of the front leg and back tube on a same side.

The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 1, wherein the back top tube is connected to the front leg and back tube through a back connecting member, the back connecting member is a U-shaped member with an opening facing a left side or a right side of the moon chair, and the lower end of the back top tube and the upper end of the front leg and back tube are hinged with the back connecting member through a hinge shaft.

The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 2, wherein the back connecting member comprises a front side plate, a rear side plate and a connecting plate connected with each other, the connecting plate connects a rear side of the front side plate and a rear side of the rear side plate or the connecting plate connects a left side of the front side plate and a left side of the rear side plate, the lower end of the back top tube and the upper end of the front leg and back tube are located between the front side plate and the rear side plate, the lower end of the back top tube, the front side plate and the rear side plate are hinged through a first hinge shaft, the upper end of the front leg and back tube, the front side plate and the rear side plate are hinged through a second hinge shaft, and there is a gap for making way for rotation of the back top tube between the lower end of the back top tube and the upper end of the front leg and back tube.

The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 1, wherein the rear leg and seat tubes, the back top tubes and the rear leg and seat tubes respectively form a curve, and in an unfolded state, the rear leg and seat tube and the back top tube are connected to form a curve recessed from a front lower side to a rear upper side, and the rear leg and seat tube forms a curve protruding from a front upper side to a rear lower side.

The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 1, wherein the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are each formed by crossly hinging middles of two tubes, the front cross bracket is hinged with the rear leg and seat tubes and the front leg and back tubes through U-shaped connecting members, and the rear cross bracket is hinged with the rear leg and seat tubes and the front leg and back tubes through L-shaped connecting members.

The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 5, wherein the U-shaped connecting member comprises two opposite clamping arms and a transverse plate connecting the two clamping arms, the upper end of the rear leg and seat tube is hinged with the two clamping arms of the U-shaped connecting member, an inner side of the front leg and back tube is hinged with the transverse plate of the U-shaped connecting member, upper ends of the two tubes of the front cross bracket are each hinged with the transverse plate of the U-shaped connecting member, and lower ends of the two tubes of the front cross bracket are each hinged with the two clamping arms of the U-shaped connecting member.

The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 5, wherein the rear cross bracket comprises a first tube and a second tube, a middle of the first tube and a middle of the second tube are crossly hinged, the second tube is located in front of the first tube, the rear cross bracket is hinged with the lower ends of the rear leg and seat tubes and the upper ends of the front leg and back tubes through the L-shaped connecting members, the L-shaped connecting member hinged with the second tube has a first side hinged to a front side of the second tube and a second side hinged to an inner side of the rear leg and seat tube or an inner side of the front leg and back tube, and the L-shaped connecting member hinged with the first tube has a first side hinged to a rear side of the first tube and a second side hinged to the inner side of the rear leg and seat tube or the inner side of the front leg and back tube.

8. The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 1, wherein the lower ends of the two rear leg and seat tubes and the lower ends of the two front leg and back tubes are each sleeved with a food cap.

9. The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 1, wherein the rear leg and seat tubes, the front leg and back tubes, the back top tubes, the front cross bracket and the rear cross bracket are all made of round tubes.

The fully foldable moon chair according to claim 1, further comprising a chair cloth, wherein a front end of the chair cloth is fixed to front ends of the rear leg and seat tubes, a backrest part of the chair cloth is split into two sleeving portions, the two sleeving portions are respectively sleeved on the two back top tubes, and the backrest part of the chair cloth is provided with a zipper and hook and loop fasteners; when the fully foldable moon chair needs to be folded, the zipper is unfastened and the hook and loop fasteners are pulled apart such that the two sleeving portions are separated, and the sleeving portions are folded outward along with the back top tubes and bunched up; and when the fully foldable moon chair needs to be unfolded, the two sleeving portions are connected into a whole through the zipper and the hook and loop fasteners to serve as a backrest.
