The present disclosure belongs to the field of living furniture, and particularly relates to a dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly.
To increase the loading quantities of containers, chair frames of dining chairs are usually disassembled into a plurality of modules, and thus the products have many parts and need to be assembled through many screws.
The main defects lie in that the products have many parts, so that parts are missing easily, the problems of large difficulty in assembling and long assembling time exist, and the appearance is not attractive.
To overcome the defects in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly.
The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly includes a seat frame assembly, where the seat frame assembly includes a seat frame, a back frame and support pipes, a front portion of the back frame is rotatably mounted at a front portion of the seat frame, the seat frame is embedded inside the back frame when the back frame is rotated to a plane where the seat frame is located, and a rear portion of the back frame is detachably mounted at a rear portion of the seat frame by means of the support pipes to form stable support when the back frame is rotated to a set position at an upper portion of the seat frame.
Further, the dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly further includes a leg pipe assembly, where the leg pipe assembly is detachably mounted at the bottom of the seat frame assembly.
Further, the leg pipe assembly includes a plurality of leg pipes, and the top of each of the leg pipes is connected to the seat frame by means of a thread, a buckle or an elastic button.
Further, positioning pipes are disposed at the bottom of the seat frame, a threaded column is disposed at the top of each of the leg pipes, and a threaded hole is formed in each of the positioning pipes and is fastened with the threaded column disposed at the top of the leg pipe in a threaded connection manner.
Further, the outer diameter of the positioning pipes is consistent with the outer diameter of the leg pipes.
Further, first connecting pieces are disposed at the front portion of the seat frame, second connecting pieces are disposed at positions of the back frame corresponding to the first connecting pieces, and the first connecting pieces are hinged to the second connecting pieces by means of shaft pins.
Further, vertically through mounting holes are formed in the rear portion of the seat frame and are matched with fasteners to be fastened with the bottoms of the support pipes.
Further, limiting pipes are disposed at positions of the back frame corresponding to the mounting holes, and upper portions of the support pipes are fixed in the limiting pipes.
Further, the back frame includes a bottom frame, a top frame and side frames; the seat frame includes a front edge pipe, a rear edge pipe and side edge pipes; a distance between the bottom frame and the top frame of the back frame is greater than a distance between the front edge pipe and the rear edge pipe of the seat frame; and a distance between the two side frames of the back frame is greater than a distance between the two side edge pipes of the seat frame.
Further, the support pipes are obliquely disposed between the top frame and the rear edge pipe; a plug is disposed at the top of each of the support pipes and is matched with the limiting pipe in an inserted manner; a threaded hole is formed in the bottom of each of the support pipes and is matched with a fastening screw to be fastened with a mounting hole in the rear edge pipe.
Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure has the following advantages: the dining chair in the present application is flatly packaged in a folded manner, has a few assembly components, and is large in loading quantity. The seat frame, the back frame and the support pipes in the present application form a stable triangular support structure, the support pipes are detachably matched with the seat frame and the back frame, and the leg pipes are matched with the seat frame in a threaded manner, so that the dining chair is convenient to assemble and neat and beautiful in appearance.

In order to make the purposes, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the present disclosure is further described in detail in conjunction with accompanying drawings and embodiments below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present disclosure, not to define the present disclosure.
As shown in FIG. 1-FIG. 5, a dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly includes a leg pipe assembly 1 and a seat frame assembly 2, where the leg pipe assembly 1 is detachably mounted at the bottom of the seat frame assembly 2. The seat frame assembly 2 includes a seat frame 21, a back frame 22 and support pipes 3, a front portion of the back frame 22 is rotatably mounted at a front portion of the seat frame 21, the seat frame 21 is embedded inside the back frame 22 when the back frame 22 is rotated to a plane where the seat frame 21 is located, and a rear portion of the back frame 22 is detachably mounted at a rear portion of the seat frame 21 by means of the support pipes 3 to form stable support when the back frame 22 is rotated to a set position at an upper portion of the seat frame 21.
It can be seen that the present application is flatly packaged in a folded manner and has a few assembly components, including the seat frame 21 and the back frame 22 rotatably connected, the support pipes 3 and the leg pipes 11. The seat frame 21, the back frame 22 and the support pipes 3 form a stable triangular support structure to ensure the stability of the dining chair; and the leg pipe assembly 1 is detachably inserted into the seat frame 21, and the support pipes 3 are detachably matched with the seat frame 21 and the back frame 22, thereby further ensuring convenient assembling of the dining chair.
Specifically, the leg pipe assembly 1 includes a plurality of leg pipes 11, the top of each of the leg pipes 11 is connected to the seat frame 21 by means of a thread, a buckle or an elastic button, and a leg pad is disposed at the bottom of the leg pipe 11. The seat frame 21 includes a front edge pipe 211, a rear edge pipe 212 and side edge pipes 213, and first connecting pieces 214 are disposed on a front side wall of the front edge pipe 211 and are hinged to second connecting pieces 224 disposed on the back frame 22 through shaft pins; vertically through mounting holes 215 are formed in the rear edge pipe 212 and are matched with fastening screws 217 to be fastened with the bottoms of the support pipes 3; and positioning pipes 216 are disposed on bottom walls of the side edge pipes 213, and a threaded hole is formed in each of the positioning pipes 216 and is fastened with a threaded column 12 disposed at the top of the leg pipe 11 in a threaded connection manner.
The back frame 22 includes a bottom frame 221, a top frame 222 and side frames 223, the second connecting pieces 224 are disposed on an inner side wall of the bottom frame 221; and the top frame 222 is an arc-shaped pipe, limiting pipes 225 are disposed at the bottom (positions corresponding to the mounting holes 215) of the arc-shaped pipe, and upper portions of the support pipes 3 are fixed inside the limiting pipes 225. A distance between the bottom frame 221 and the top frame 222 of the back frame 22 is greater than a distance between the front edge pipe 211 and the rear edge pipe 212 of the seat frame 21; and a distance between the two side frames 223 of the back frame 22 is greater than a distance between the two side edge pipes 213 of the seat frame 21. Thus, the support pipes 3 are obliquely disposed between the top frame 222 and the rear edge pipe 212; a plug 31 is disposed at the top of each of the support pipes 3 and is matched with the limiting pipe 225 in an inserted manner; a threaded hole 32 is formed in the bottom of each of the support pipes 3 and is matched with the fastening screw 217 to be fastened with the mounting hole 215 in the rear edge pipe 212.
To further beautify the appearance of the dining chair, the outer diameter of the positioning pipes 216 is set to be consistent with the outer diameter of the leg pipes 11.
During assembling, first, the back frame 22 is turned from the seat frame 21, then the plugs 31 at the tops of the support pipes 3 are inserted into the limiting pipes 225, and the bottoms are fixed to the mounting holes 215 in the rear edge pipe 212 through the fastening screws (hexagon socket combination screws); and finally, the threaded columns 12 at the tops of the leg pipes 11 are screwed into the positioning pipes 216 on the seat frame 21, thereby completing mounting of the dining chair.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and are not limitations; although the present disclosure is illustrated in detail with reference to the above-mentioned embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that they can still amend the technical solutions recited in the above-mentioned embodiments, or perform equivalent substitutions on part or all of the technical features thereof; and such amendments or substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure.

A dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly, comprising a seat frame assembly, wherein the seat frame assembly comprises a seat frame, a back frame and support pipes, a front portion of the back frame is rotatably mounted at a front portion of the seat frame, the seat frame is embedded inside the back frame when the back frame is rotated to a plane where the seat frame is located, and a rear portion of the back frame is detachably mounted at a rear portion of the seat frame by means of the support pipes to form stable support when the back frame is rotated to a set position at an upper portion of the seat frame.
2. The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 1, further comprising a leg pipe assembly, wherein the leg pipe assembly is detachably mounted at the bottom of the seat frame assembly.
3. The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 2, wherein the leg pipe assembly comprises a plurality of leg pipes, and the top of each of the leg pipes is connected to the seat frame by means of a thread, a buckle or an elastic button.

The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 3, wherein positioning pipes are disposed at the bottom of the seat frame, a threaded column is disposed at the top of each of the leg pipes, and a threaded hole is formed in each of the positioning pipes and is fastened with the threaded column disposed at the top of the leg pipe in a threaded connection manner.
5. The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 4, wherein the outer diameter of the positioning pipes is consistent with the outer diameter of the leg pipes.

The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 2, wherein first connecting pieces are disposed at the front portion of the seat frame, second connecting pieces are disposed at positions of the back frame corresponding to the first connecting pieces, and the first connecting pieces are hinged to the second connecting pieces by means of shaft pins.
7. The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 6, wherein vertically through mounting holes are formed in the rear portion of the seat frame and are matched with fasteners to be fastened with the bottoms of the support pipes.
8. The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 7, wherein limiting pipes are disposed at positions of the back frame corresponding to the mounting holes, and upper portions of the support pipes (3) are fixed in the limiting pipes.

The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 1, wherein the back frame comprises a bottom frame, a top frame and side frames; the seat frame comprises a front edge pipe, a rear edge pipe and side edge pipes; a distance between the bottom frame and the top frame of the back frame is greater than a distance between the front edge pipe and the rear edge pipe of the seat frame; and a distance between the two side frames of the back frame is greater than a distance between the two side edge pipes of the seat frame.

The dining chair capable of being assembled easily and packaged flatly according to claim 9, wherein the support pipes are obliquely disposed between the top frame and the rear edge pipe; a plug is disposed at the top of each of the support pipes and is matched with the limiting pipe in an inserted manner; a threaded hole is formed in the bottom of each of the support pipes and is matched with a fastening screw to be fastened with a mounting hole in the rear edge pipe.
