Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of seats, and particularly relates to a double-state working kneeling chair.

BACKGROUND

By fully considering the ergonomic principle, a kneeling chair is designed to provide more comfortable and healthier sitting experience to users. By adjusting the angle and height of the chair and the supporting positions of the backrest and the kneeling plate, the kneeling chair can effectively scatter the body weight, thereby alleviating the pressures on the waist, back, and knees. This design not only contributes to alleviating the feeling of fatigue brought by long-term sitting posture, but also prevents and improves sitting posture related health problems to a certain extent, for example, cervical spondylosis and lumbar spondylosis.

However, conventional kneeling chairs only provide one kneeling using mode only. This design may be quite applicable in special conditions. However, in daily working or family environments, long-time kneeling may cause discomfort of knees and feet, which limits the comfort level of the user. Moreover, the conventional kneeling chairs are often short of the convenience of switching between different using modes. If it is needed to change the sitting posture, the user may need to leave the chair completely and adjust the gesture again, which not only brings trouble, but also may interrupt the working or resting rhythm.

Preferably, a first fixing strap is arranged between the sitting surface and the seat support, a second fixing strap is arranged between the kneeling support and the kneeling surface, and the first fixing strap and the second fixing strap both are annular elastic straps.

Preferably, the rotating mechanism is a rotary shaft or hinge mechanism.

Preferably, the sitting surface and the kneeling surface are internally filled with a soft filler, and upper surfaces of the sitting surface and the kneeling surface both are made of a flexible material.

Preferably, a side of the seat support close to the ground is provided with a reinforcing rib, a bottom surface of the reinforcing rib is flush with the ground, and the reinforcing rib is fixedly connected to the seat support.

Preferably, an upper surface of the clamping structure is provided with a groove, and when the clamping block is connected to the clamping structure, a lower surface of the clamping block is attached to an upper surface of the groove of the clamping structure.

Preferably, an outer side of the upper end of the seat support is of a downward inclined structure; and the lower surface of the clamping block and the upper surface of the groove of the clamping structure both are inclined surfaces, and the lowest point of each of the inclined surfaces close to the seat support is lower than the lowest point of the outer side.

Preferably, the width of the groove formed in the upper surface of the clamping structure is the same as the width of the clamping block.

Preferably, the kneeling support is of an H-shaped structure; a quantity of the clamping structures is two, and the clamping structures are located at front ends of both sides of the kneeling support, respectively; and the upper end of the seat support is H-shaped, the width of the upper end of the seat support is the same as the width of the kneeling support, and the clamping blocks are mounted at front ends of both sides of the upper end of the seat support.

Beneficial Effects

Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure provides a double-state working kneeling chair, which has the following beneficial effects.

The double-state working kneeling chair realizes an effect that the kneeling support can rotate upward along the rotating mechanism as the seat support and the kneeling support are interconnected through the rotating mechanism. This design enables the user to overturn the kneeling support upward smoothly without using the kneeling gesture until the clamping structure at the outer end is engaged with the clamping block at the corresponding position of the seat support, so that the form of the kneeling chair is transformed smoothly. Moreover, the kneeling support which is placed flatly forms a connected straight line with the rotating mechanism, and the contact surfaces of the two attach to each other. Therefore, the kneeling support is free of downward rotating degree of freedom. This design enables the user not to face the intervention that the kneeling support is bent downward when carrying the kneeling seat. Because the width of the groove formed in the upper surface of the clamping structure is the same as the width of the clamping block, the lower surface of the clamping block and the upper surface of the groove of the clamping structure both are inclined surfaces, and the lowest points of the inclined surfaces close to the seat support are lower than the lowest point close to the outer side, the kneeling support is self-limited when being overturned upward and is converted into a part of the supporting support in the seat mode. The stability of the present disclosure as a whole is improved while the functions are changed.

According to the double-state working kneeling chair, by arranging the reinforcing rib at the contact between the seat support and the ground and the lower surface of the reinforcing rib being smooth and parallel to the ground, the whole structure of the kneeling chair is enhanced. Moreover, when the kneeling chair in the seat mode, it is smoother as the reinforcing rib is in contact with the ground, so that the comfort level of the user is improved.

According to the double-state working kneeling chair, by forming the groove in the upper surface of the clamping structure and matching the clamping block with the groove in size, this design ensures that the clamping block can be completely and accurately embedded into the groove to avoid sway or malposition during connection, which improves the stability and safety of the whole structure; the lower surface of the clamping block and the upper surface of the groove of the clamping structure both are inclined surfaces and the lowest points of the inclined surfaces close to the lowest point of the seat support are lower than the lowest point close to the outer side, so that this design ensures that the kneeling chair forms a smoother sliding or rotating action when the clamping block and the clamping structure are connected or disconnected, so that friction and resistance are reduced. Moreover, because the outer side of the upper end of the seat support is of the downward inclined structure, when the user sits on the seat support, the force toward the inner side of the vertical kneeling support is larger than the force toward the outer side, so that this design also limits the kneeling support in the horizontal direction, which contributes to ensuring the connecting tightness and stability.

Referring to FIGS. 1-4, a double-state working kneeling chair has two forms: a kneeling mode and a seat mode includes a seat support 1 and a kneeling support 2, a sitting surface 11 being arranged at an upper end of the seat support 1, the sitting surface 11 being fixedly connected to the seat support 1 through a bolt, and a kneeling surface 21 being fixedly connected to an upper surface of the kneeling support 2, where the sitting surface 11 and the kneeling surface 21 are internally filled with a soft filler such as cotton, and upper surfaces of the sitting surface 11 and the kneeling surface 21 both are made of a flexible material such as synthetic leather, so that the comfort level of the user sitting down is guaranteed; one end of the kneeling support 2 is hinged with a lower end of the seat support 1 through a rotating mechanism 3, the rotating mechanism 3 is the rotary shaft or hinge mechanism, the kneeling support 2 has a degree of freedom of rotating upward along the rotating mechanism 3, the kneeling support 2 which is placed flatly forms a connected straight line with the rotating mechanism 3, and contact surfaces of the two attach to each other. Therefore, the kneeling support 2 is free of downward rotating degree of freedom. This design enables the user not to face the intervention that the kneeling support 2 is bent downward when carrying the kneeling seat. A clamping structure 4 is arranged at the other end of the kneeling support 2, the clamping structure 4 is fixedly connected to the kneeling support 2 through bolts or by way of welding. A clamping block 12 is arranged at the upper end of the seat support 1, and the clamping block 12 is fixedly connected to the seat support 1 through a bolt or by way of welding. The clamping structure 4 matches the clamping block 12 from bottom to top. When the kneeling chair is in the kneeling mode, the kneeling support 2 is placed in parallel to the ground, and at the moment, the kneeling surface 21 is parallel to the ground, so that it is convenient for the user to realize the kneeling gesture. When the kneeling chair is in the seat mode, the user lifts up the kneeling support 2 upward along the rotating mechanism 3, and the kneeling support 2 is transformed into the supporting frame in the seat mode while the clamping structure 4 and the clamping block 12 are connected to realize form switching, and the kneeling support is converted into a part of the supporting support in the seat mode. The stability of the present disclosure as a whole is improved while the functions are changed.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIGS. 3-4, a first fixing strap 13 is arranged between the sitting surface 11 and the seat support 1, a second fixing strap 22 is arranged between the kneeling support 2 and the kneeling surface 21, and the first fixing strap 13 and the second fixing strap 22 both are annular elastic straps. The first fixing strap 13 is used to provide a tensile force to an ankle of the user to reduce the pressure of the foot, so as to prevent insufficient blood supply. The second fixing strap 22 is used to fix the shank of the user to prevent the potential safety hazard caused by sliding during kneeling.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIGS. 3-4, a side of the seat support 1 close to the ground is provided with a reinforcing rib 23, and a bottom surface of the reinforcing rib 23 is flush with the ground. When the kneeling chair is in the seat mode, the reinforcing rib 23 is fixedly connected to the seat support 1 as the contact between the reinforcing rib 23 and the ground is smoother, so that the overall structure of the kneeling chair is enhanced.

Referring to FIG. 2, an upper surface of the clamping structure 4 is provided with a groove, and when the clamping block 12 is connected to the clamping structure 4, a lower surface of the clamping block 12 is attached to an upper surface of the groove of the clamping structure 4. This design ensures that the clamping block 12 can be completely and accurately embedded into the groove to avoid sway or malposition during connection, which improves the stability and safety of the whole structure. An outer side of the upper end of the seat support 1 is of a downward inclined structure, so that the stress direction of the kneeling support 2 is toward the inner side when the user sits on the seat support 1. The lower surface of the clamping block 12 and the upper surface of the groove of the clamping structure 4 both are inclined surfaces, and the lowest point of each of the inclined surfaces close to the seat support 1 is lower than the lowest point of the outer side. This design also limits the kneeling support 2 in the horizontal direction, which contributes to ensuring the connecting tightness and stability. This design ensures that the kneeling chair forms a smoother sliding or rotating action when the clamping block 12 and the clamping structure 4 are connected or disconnected, so that friction and resistance are reduced. The width of the groove formed in the upper surface of the clamping structure 4 is the same as the width of the clamping block 12, which ensures that the clamping block 12 can be completely and accurately embedded into the groove to avoid sway or malposition during connection.

Referring to FIG. 1 and FIGS. 3-4, the kneeling support 2 is of an H-shaped structure. There are two clamping structures 4, respectively located at front ends of both sides of the kneeling support 2. The upper end of the seat support 1 is H-shaped, the width of the upper end of the seat support 1 is the same as the width of the kneeling support 2, and the clamping block 12 is mounted at each of the front ends on both sides of the upper end of the seat support 1, so that the kneeling chair forms a symmetrical structure as a whole, and both sides are fixed at the same time, so that the structure is more stable.

Working principle: when the user needs to kneel, the kneeling support 2 is rotated downward along the rotating mechanism 3, so that the clamping structure 4 is separated from the clamping block 12, then the kneeling support 2 is flatly placed on the ground, the knees are placed on the kneeling surface 21, the shanks and ankles are respectively sleeved in the second fixing strap 22 and the first fixing strap 13, and finally, the hip is placed on the sitting surface 11 of the seat support 1. When the user needs not to kneel, the kneeling support 2 is overturned upward along the rotating mechanism 3, so that the clamping structure 4 is connected to the clamping block 12. After the stable connection is confirmed, the kneeling chair is switched between the kneeling mode and the seat mode. The kneeling chair can be used as a worktable and a seat.
