This application claims the benefit of priority under 35 U.S.C. § 119 to Japanese Patent Application No. 2024-218817, filed Dec. 13, 2024, the disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
The present disclosure relates to a packaging bag.
Conventionally, a packaging bag made of two sheet materials is known. The packaging bag is formed of one sheet material as a bag body part that forms a storage part and has an opening part at its portion, and the other sheet material as a covering part that covers the opening. A tab part is provided at a peripheral edge of the covering part that serves as an opening starting point from which the packaging bag is opened.
For example, a packaging bag described in JP 2019-214395 A is configured by including a first sheet material and a second sheet material, side ends of the first sheet material being folded in the width direction, and overlapping side edges of the first sheet material and side edges of the second sheet material on each other, and sealing overlapped portions except for one end side in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet material and the second sheet material. The packaging bag has a tab part formed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the second sheet material by the configuration that the overlapped portions of the first sheet material and the second sheet material are not sealed on the one end side in the longitudinal direction.
For example, a pillow packaging bag described in JP 2010-36907 A is configured by including a film formed into a pillow bag shape and a belt-shaped film covering an opening part of the pillow packaging bag, overlapping one side edges on each other and other side edges on each other of the films, and thermally fusing portions having narrow width on the inner sides of the overlapped portions along the side edges of the films. With this configuration, the pillow packaging bag has tab parts formed on both side edges of the belt-shaped film that protrude outward from the thermally fused portions.
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a packaging bag that can be prevented from being unintentionally opened by a user.
The following presents a simplified summary of the disclosure in order to provide a basic understanding of some aspects of the present disclosure. This summary is not an overview of the scope of the disclosure, and it is not intended to identify main or critical elements of the disclosure or to limit the scope thereof. Its sole purpose is to present some basic concepts of the disclosure in a simplified form as a prelude to the more detailed description that follows.

Herein, a front side of the packaging bag means a side on which an opening is provided, and a back side of the packaging bag means a side located opposite to the front side of the packaging bag.
Hereinafter, a packaging bag 1 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 1, the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment is formed into a bag shape using a packaging material made of a sheet material.
The sheet material includes a first sheet material 2 and a second sheet material 3.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the length of the second sheet material 3 in the longitudinal direction is the same as the length of the first sheet material 2 in the same direction, and the length of the second sheet material 3 in the width direction is shorter than the length of the packaging bag 1 in the same direction.
Weak seal layers 30 are formed on a surface out of the second sheet material 3 on a side with which the first sheet material 2 overlapped. Specifically, a pair of the weak seal layers 30 are formed respectively along both side edges 31 of the second sheet material 3, as shown in FIG. 2.
The weak seal layers 30 each are formed by applying a part coat over the second sheet material. The weak seal layers 30 may be formed by, for example, adhering a film to the second sheet material 3 or using a film having easy peelability as the second sheet material 3, other than by applying a part coat over the second sheet material.
As shown in FIG. 1, the second sheet material 3 is overlapped with the first sheet material 2.
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the packaging bag 1 taken along a line I-I in FIG. 1. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the first sheet material 2 is folded so that both side end portions 211 of the first sheet material 2 face each other. In this state, the first sheet material 2 is folded by gusset folding between the center portion of the first sheet material 2 and each one of the both side end portions 211 of the first sheet material 2. Thereby, a pair of gusset parts 13 that serve as the lateral sides of the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment are formed in the first sheet material 2.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment, one side edge 31 of the second sheet 3 is overlapped with one side edge 21 of the first sheet material 2 along the longitudinal direction, and the other side edge 31 of the second sheet 3 is overlapped with the other side edge 21 of the first sheet material. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the side edges of the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 are overlapped with each other so that the inner surface (the surface on which the weak seal layers 30 are formed) of the second sheet material 3 is overlapped with the outer surface of the first sheet material 2. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, one end edge of the second sheet material 3 is overlapped with one end edge of the first sheet material 2 on one end edge 11 side of the packaging bag 1, and an other end edge of the second sheet material 3 is overlapped with an other end edge of the first sheet material 2 on an other end edge 12 side of the packaging bag 1. Thereby, the second sheet material 3 has a pair of overlapping parts 34 along the longitudinal direction, in which the one side edge 31 is overlapped with the one side edge 21 of the first sheet material 2 and the other side edge 31 is overlapped with the other side edge 21 of the first sheet material 2.
As shown in FIG. 2, the pair of overlapping parts 34 are disposed on the surfaces of the weak seal layers 30 along the longitudinal direction.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment has a pair of first sealed areas H1, in which the pair of overlapping parts 34 and the pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet material 2 are heat-sealed along the longitudinal direction from one end to the other end of the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment, one second sealed area H2 is formed on one end side of the longitudinal direction of the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3, in which the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 are heat-sealed across the entire width.
FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of one end edge 11 of the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, the one second sealed area H2 is composed of: a pair of first overlapped areas H21 formed by a pair of gusset parts 13, the gusseted portions each of which are overlapped with each other and welded together, at both end edges in the width direction; a second overlapped area H22 formed by the central portion of the second sheet material 3 and the central portion of the first sheet material 2 overlapped and welded together at the central portion in the width direction; and a pair of third overlapped areas H23 formed by the pair of overlapping parts 34 of the second sheet material 3, the pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet material 2, and the pair of gusset parts 13 overlapped and welded together between the first overlapped areas H21 and the second overlapped area 22 together.
The pair of third overlapped areas H23 respectively cross the pair of first sealed areas H1.
As described above, in the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment, the pair of first sealed areas H1 are formed along the pair of overlapping parts 34 arranged on the surfaces of the weak seal layers 30. Thus, in the one second sealed area H2, the sealing strength between the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 (specifically, the sealing strength of the pair of first overlapped areas H21 and the sealing strength of the overlapped portion between the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 in the pair of third overlapped areas H23) is weaker than the sealing strength between the first sheet materials 2 (specifically, the sealing strength of the second overlapped area H22 and the sealing strength between the first sheet materials 2 in the pair of third overlapped areas H23).
As shown in FIG. 1, a tab part 4 is formed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the second sheet material 2, which serves as an opening starting point for opening the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the tab part 4 is formed by surrounding one end edge 22 of the second sheet material 2 with the pair of first sealed areas H1 and the second sealed area H2.
FIG. 4 is a view showing a state in which the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure is opened. In the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment, the tab part 4 is formed in the longitudinal direction, so that the second sheet material 3 can be easily peeled off along the pair of first sealed areas H1, as shown in FIG. 4. This allows the packaging bag 1 to be opened neatly while maintaining a certain width of an opening part 14, which will be described later.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, three sides of the tab part 4 are fixed by the pair of first sealed areas H1 and the one second sealed area H2. Thereby, in the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment, the tab part 4 does not become loose at one end edge 11 of the packaging bag 1, so that when, for example, a product packaged in the packaging bag 1 is displayed on a display shelf, it is possible to prevent a user (a purchaser, an employee, etc.) from inadvertently pinching the tab part 4 when picking up the product or catching the tab part 4 on a display shelf, etc., thereby preventing the packaging bag 1 from being opened unintentionally by the user.
The tab part 4 is solidly coated with ink or the like, although not shown. This improves the visibility of the tab part 4, allowing the user to identify the position of the tab part 4.
Although not shown, a corner on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the tab part 4 is colored with ink or the like along the side thereof. This allows the user to identify the position of the tab part 4.
As shown in FIG. 1, a pair of guide display parts 5 are provided at the corners on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the tab part 4. This allows the user to identify the position of the tab part 4 and also guide the user to the opening starting point. The pair of guide display parts 5 can be formed by printing the tab part 4 with ink or the like. Further, in the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the shape of each of the pair of guide display parts 5 is triangular indicating a corner on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the tab part 4, but the shape is not particularly limited as long as it is visible to the user.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment has the opening part 14 on the front side of the packaging bag 1. The opening part 14 is formed by being surrounded by a pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet 2, one end edge 11 of the packaging bag 1, and an other end edge 12 of the packaging bag 1, which will be described later. The opening part 14 is disposed in the center of the packaging bag 1 and is covered by the second sheet 3, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The position of the opening part 14 is not particularly limited, and may be shifted toward any of the side edges of the packaging bag 1 from the center in the width direction, for example. The position of the opening part 14 can be changed as appropriate depending on the size and type of the food X, the convenience of the user, or the like.
Examples of the food X placed in the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment include hot dogs, sandwiches, bread, and rice balls.
The first sheet material 2 is a single-layer biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP) sheet. The first sheet material 2 may be, for example, a polyethylene (PE) sheet, a non-oriented polypropylene (CPP) sheet, a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet, a nylon (NY) sheet, or the like in addition to the biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP) sheet. Herein, the term “polypropylene sheet” refers not only to a polypropylene sheet with a purity of 100%, but also to a sheet containing polypropylene as the main component and other components (e.g., other resin components such as polyethylene).
The second sheet material 3 is made of a single-layer polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet. The second sheet material 3 may be made of, for example, a polyethylene (PE) sheet, a non-oriented polypropylene (CPP) sheet, a biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP) sheet, or a nylon (NY) sheet in addition to the polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet. From the viewpoint of facilitating opening, the second sheet material 3 may be made of a film having easy peelability.
The second sheet material 3 may be made of the same material as the first sheet material 2, or may be made of a different material.
The packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment is produced as follows. Specifically, first, the pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet 2, which has gussets formed on both side ends in the width direction, are overlapped with the pair of overlapping parts 34 of the second sheet material 3, and the overlapped portions are heat-sealed along the longitudinal direction from one end to the other end to form the first sealed areas H1. Next, the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 are heat-sealed along the width direction so that the entire overlapped portion is welded at one end side of the longitudinal direction, thereby forming the second sealed area H2. Thereby, the one end edge of the second sheet material 3 is surrounded by the pair of first sealed areas H1 and one second sealed area H2, forming the tab part 4, and a bag-shaped packaging material is formed with the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 opened. Then, the food X is placed into the sheet through the opening part of the bag-shaped packaging material, the opening part is closed and folded in the longitudinal direction, and a label or other sticker is affixed to a folded portion to form the other end edge 12 of the bag, thereby producing the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment in the form of a bag with a side gazette having the tab part 4 at the one end edge 11 of the packaging bag 1.
Hereinafter, the packaging bag 1 according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 to 8 on differences from the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the packaging bag 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure. The packaging bag 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure differs from the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure in that, as shown in FIG. 5, the packaging bag 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure is in the form of a pillow bag having gusset portions 13 on both side ends in the width direction and has a back affixing part 15 on the back side.
FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along a line II-II in FIG. 5. The packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment is composed of a first sheet material 2 having a pair of first sheet pieces 20, and a second sheet material 3, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the first sheet material 2 has inner surfaces of one side edges 201A of the first sheet pieces 20 overlapped and heat sealed with each other to form the back affixing part 15. As shown in FIG. 6, the first sheet material 2 is folded at both side ends in the width direction so that the other side end portions 201B1 out of the side ends of the first sheet pieces 20 face each other.
As shown in FIG. 6, on the side of the second sheet material 3 that is overlapped with the first sheet material 2, a pair of weak seal layers 30 are formed on portions along the longitudinal direction respectively in proximity to both side edges 31 of the second sheet 3.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a portion in proximity to the one side edge 31 of the second sheet 3 is overlapped with one of the other side edges 201B of the first sheet pieces 20, and a portion in proximity to the other side edge 31 of the second sheet 3 is overlapped with the other one of the other side edges 201B of the first sheet pieces 20, along the longitudinal direction in the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the second sheet material 3 has an inner surface (the surface on which the pair of weak seal layers 30 are formed) overlapped with the outer surface of the first sheet pieces 20, and the pair of weak seal layers 30 are overlapped with the other side edges 201B of the first sheet pieces 20. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the one end edge of the second sheet material 3 is overlapped with the opposed one end edges of the first sheet pieces 20 on the one end edge 11 side of the packaging bag 1, and the other end edges of the second sheet material 3 are respectively overlapped with the opposed other end edges of the first sheet pieces 20 on the other end edge 12 side of the packaging bag 1. Thereby, the second sheet material 3 has a pair of overlapping parts 34 along the longitudinal direction, in which the portion in proximity to the one side edge 31 of the second sheet 3 is overlapped with the one of the other side edges 201B of the first sheet pieces 20, and the portion in proximity to the other side edge 31 of the second sheet 3 is overlapped with the other one of the other side edges 201B of the first sheet pieces 20.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment has a pair of first sealed areas H1, in which the pair of overlapping parts 34 and the other side edges 201B of the first sheet pieces 20 are heat sealed along the longitudinal direction from one end to the other end of the pair of first sheet pieces 20 and the second sheet material 3.
As shown in FIG. 5, the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment has a pair of second sealed areas H2 formed on both end sides of the first sheet pieces 20 and the second sheet material 3, in which the first sheet pieces 20 and the second sheet material 3 are heat sealed over the entire length in the width direction. That is, the pair of second sealed areas H2 are formed on the both end sides of the first sheet material 2 (the pair of first sheet pieces 20) and the second sheet material 3 in the longitudinal direction.
FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the one end edge 11 of the packaging bag 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in FIG. 7, the second sealed area H2 on the one end edge 11 side of the pair of second sealed areas H2 is composed of: a pair of fourth overlapped areas H24 formed by overlapping and welding the second sheet material 3a with a pair of first sheet pieces 20 that are folded and overlapped with each other, at both end edges in the width direction; and a fifth overlapped area H25 formed by overlapping and welding the central portion of the second sheet material 3 with the portion in proximity to one of side end edges 201A of the pair of first sheet pieces 20 (i.e., the portion in proximity to the back affixing part 15 of the first sheet material) in the central part in the width direction.
As described above, in the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment, the pair of first sealed areas H1 are formed along the pair of overlapping parts 34 arranged on the surface of the weak seal layers 30, and therefore in the second sealed area H2 on the one end edge 11 side, the sealing strength between the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 (specifically, the sealing strength of the fifth overlapped area H25) is weaker than the sealing strength between the first sheet materials 2 (specifically, the sealing strength of the overlapping portion between the pair of first sheet pieces 20 in the pair of fourth overlapped areas H24).
Of the pair of second sealed areas H2, the second sealed area H2 on the other end edge 12 side has the same configuration as the second sealed area H2 on the one end edge 11 side.
As shown in FIG. 5, the side edges 21 of the second sheet material 2 are formed with tab parts 4 which serve as the opening starting points for opening the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment. Specifically, the tab parts 4 are formed by surrounding the side edges 21 of the second sheet material 2 with one of the pair of first sealed areas H1 and the pair of second sealed areas H2, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7.
FIG. 8 is a view showing a state in which the packaging bag 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure is opened. In the packaging bag 1 of this embodiment, the tab parts 4 are formed in the width direction, so that when the packaging bag 1 is opened, as shown in FIG. 8, first, the second sheet material 3 is peeled off in one of the pair of second sealed areas H2, and then the second sheet material 3 is peeled off along the pair of first sealed areas H1. In this way, the packaging bag 1 is opened in two stages, so that the packaging bag 1 can be prevented from being opened forcefully, and therefore the food X can be prevented from jumping out when the packaging bag 1 is opened.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, three sides of the tab parts 4 are fixed by the one first sealed area H1 and the pair of second sealed areas H2. Thereby, in the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment, the tab parts 4 do not become loose at the side edges of the packaging bag 1.
Although not shown, the side edge of one of the tab parts 4 is colored with ink or the like along the side thereof. This allows the user to identify the position of the one tab part 4.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, a plurality of guide display parts 5 are provided near the side edge of one of the tab parts 4. This allows the user to identify the position of the one tab part 4 and also guides the user to the opening starting point. The plurality of guide display parts 5 can be formed on the one tab part 4 by printing with ink or the like. In the packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the shape of each of the plurality of guide display parts 5 is a triangle for indicating the corner on the side end of the one tab part 4, but the shape is not particularly limited as long as it is visible to the user.
The packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment is produced as follows. Specifically, first, the other side edges 201B of the first sheet pieces 20 are overlapped with a pair of overlapping parts 34 of the second sheet material 3, and the overlapped portions are heat sealed along the longitudinal direction from one end to the other end to form the first sealed areas H1, thereby forming a sheet-shaped packaging material with the second sheet material arranged in the center. Next, the food X is placed in the center of the sheet-shaped packaging material, both side ends of the sheet-shaped packaging material are folded to form gusset portions 13 at both side ends, the inner surfaces of the side edges of the sheet-shaped packaging material (one side edges 201A of the pair of first sheet pieces 20) are overlapped with each other, and the overlapped portions are heat sealed to form the back affixing part 15, thereby forming the sheet-shaped packaging material into a cylindrical shape to wrap the food X. Then, one end edge and the other end edge of the sheet-shaped packaging material formed into a cylindrical shape are heat sealed to form the pair of second sealed areas H2. Thereby, each of both side edges 31 of the second sheet material 3 is surrounded by the one first sealed area H1 and the pair of second sealed areas H2, thereby forming the tab parts 4. As described above, the pillow bag-shaped packaging bag 1 according to this embodiment having the tab parts 4 on the side edges of the packaging bag 1 is produced.
A packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present disclosure is formed into a bag shape using a packaging material made of a sheet material, the sheet material including a first sheet material 2 and a second sheet material 3 overlapped with the first sheet material 1, the first sheet material 2 is folded at both side ends in a width direction thereof, the packaging bag 1 including: a pair of overlapping portions 34 formed in the second sheet material 3, in which one of side edges 31 or a portion in proximity thereto of the second sheet 3 is overlapped with one of side edges 21 of the first sheet material 2, and an other side edge 31 or a portion in proximity thereto of the second sheet material 3 is overlapped with an other side edge 21 of the first sheet material 2, in a longitudinal direction; a pair of first sealed areas H1, in which the pair of overlapping portions 34 are respectively sealed to the pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet 2 along the longitudinal direction from one end to an other end of the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3; one or a pair of second sealed areas H2, in which the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 are sealed across the entire width on at least one end side in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3; and a tab part 4 formed in the second sheet material 3, the tab part 4 having three sides fixed by the pair of first sealed areas H1 and one of the pair of second sealed areas H2, or by the one of the pair of first sealed areas H1 and the pair of second sealed areas H2.
Conventionally, in the packaging bags such as those described in JP 2019-214395 A and JP 2010-36907 A, the tab part that serves as the opening starting point becomes loose from the bag body. Therefore, for example, when a product packaged in such a packaging bag is displayed on a display shelf, a user (a purchaser, an employee, etc.) may inadvertently pinch the tab part when picking up the product, or catch the tab portion on a display shelf or the like, causing the packaging bag to open and resulting in unintended opening by the user.
In the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present disclosure having such a configuration, the tab part 4 formed in the second sheet material 3 has three sides fixed by the pair of first sealed areas H1 and the one second sealed area H2, or by the one first sealed area H1 and the pair of second sealed areas H2, and therefore does not form a loose piece that could serve as an opening starting point before opening. Therefore, the packaging bag 1 can be prevented from being unintentionally opened by the user.
In the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present disclosure, the sealing strength between the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 in the second sealed area H2 is weaker than the sealing strength between the first sheet materials 2. Therefore, when the second sheet material 3 is peeled off to open the packaging bag 1, the second sheet material 3 can be peeled off without the overlapping portions of the first sheet materials 2 in the second sealed area H2 peeling away from each other in the peeling direction, and therefore the bag can be opened while maintaining its shape.
In the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present disclosure, the weak seal layer 30 is formed on the surface of the second sheet material 3 that faces the first sheet material 2, and therefore the second sheet material 3 is overlapped with the first sheet material on the surface on which the weak seal layer 30 is formed, thereby causing weakening of the sealing strength between the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 in the first sealed area H1 and the second sealed area H2. Therefore, the packaging bag 1 can be easily opened because the second sheet material 3 can be peeled off with little force.
Although the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present disclosure have been described above, the present disclosure can be modified in various ways without being limited to the above-described embodiments.
For example, in the packaging bag 1 according to the above embodiments, the first sheet material 3 is described as being a single layer sheet. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the first sheet material 3 may be a laminated sheet made up of at least two layers. The laminated sheet may be, for example, in the form of a plurality of plastic sheets laminated together, or in the form of a plastic sheet laminated onto at least one surface of a base material made of paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like.
For example, in the packaging bag 1 according to the above embodiments, the second sheet material 3 is described as being a single layer sheet. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the second sheet material 3 may be a laminated sheet made up of at least two layers. The laminated sheet may be in the form of a plurality of plastic sheets laminated together, or in the form of a plastic sheet laminated onto at least one surface of a base layer made of paper, nonwoven fabric, or the like.
For example, in the packaging bag 1 according to the above embodiments, the weak seal layers 30 are formed along both side edges of the second sheet material 3. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the weak seal layer 30 may be formed over the entirety of one surface of the second sheet material 3. In this case, the weak seal layer 30 may be formed, for example, by applying a part coat or the like over the entire surface, or by laminating a film or the like having easy peelability over the entirety of one surface of the second sheet material 3. In the present disclosure, the weak seal layer 30 does not necessarily have to be formed on the second sheet material 3. In the present disclosure, the weak seal layer 30 may be formed on the first sheet material 2.
For example, in the packaging bag 1 according to the above embodiments, the first sealed area H1 is formed by heat sealing. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the first sealed area H1 may be formed of a cold seal, an adhesive, or the like.
The packaging bag 1 according to the above embodiments has been described by taking, for example, the case where the second sealed area H2 is formed by heat sealing. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the second sealed area H2 may be formed of a cold seal, an adhesive, or the like.
The packaging bag 1 according to the above embodiments has been described by taking, for example, the case where the sealing strength between the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3 is weaker than the sealing strength between the first sheet materials 2 in the second sealed area H2. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the sealing strength between the first sheet materials 2 in the second sealed area H2 may be approximately the same as the sealing strength between the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3.
The packaging bag 1 according to the above embodiments has been described by taking, for example, the case where the guide display part 5 is provided on the tab part 4. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the guide display part 5 does not have to be provided on the tab part 4.
The packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure has been described by taking, for example, the case where that one second sealed area H2 is formed on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the pair of second sealed areas H2 may be formed on both end sides in the longitudinal direction of the first sheet material 2 and the second sheet material 3.
For example, in the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure, the tab part 4 is solidly coated with ink or the like. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the tab part 4 does not have to be solidly coated with ink or the like.
The packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure has been described by taking, for example, the case where a corner on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the tab part 4 is colored along the side thereof with ink or the like. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the corner on one end side in the longitudinal direction of the tab part 4 does not have to be colored along the side thereof with ink or the like.
The packaging bag 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure has been described by taking, for example, the case where the side edge of one of the tab parts 4 is colored along the side thereof with ink or the like. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, both side edges of the tab parts 4 may be colored with ink or the like along the side thereof, or the side edges of the tab parts 4 may not be colored along the sides thereof with ink or the like.
For example, the packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure has been described as being in the form of a gusset bag. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the shape of the packaging bag 1 may be a pillow bag shape, a three-side seal bag shape, a Kamas bag shape, or the like.
The packaging bag 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure has been described as being in the form of, for example, a pillow bag having the gusset parts 13 on both side ends in the width direction. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the shape of the packaging bag 1 may be a three-side seal bag shape or the like.
The packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the present disclosure has been described as having the gusset parts 13 on both side ends in the width direction. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, in any shape of the packaging bag 1, the packaging bag 1 may have a gusset part 13 on only one of the two side ends in the width direction, or may not have gusset parts 13 on both side ends in the width direction.
The packaging bag 1 according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure has been described by taking, for example, the case where the length of the second sheet material 3 in the longitudinal direction is the same as the length of the first sheet material 2 in the same direction, and the case where the length of the second sheet material 3 in the width direction is shorter than the length of the packaging bag 1 in the same direction. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the length in the longitudinal direction of the second sheet material 3 may be the same as the length in the same direction of the first sheet material 2, and the length in the width direction of the second sheet material 3 may be the same as the length in the same direction of the packaging bag 1.
The packaging bag 1 according to the second embodiment of the present disclosure has been described by taking, for example the case where the length of the second sheet material 3 in the longitudinal direction is the same as the length of the first sheet material 2 in the same direction, and the length of the second sheet material 3 in the width direction is the same as the length of the packaging bag 1 in the same direction. However, the present disclosure is not limited to this, and for example, the length in the longitudinal direction of the second sheet material 3 may be the same as the length in the same direction of the first sheet material 2, and the length in the width direction of the second sheet material 3 may be shorter than the length in the same direction of the packaging bag 1.
For example, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the first sheet material 2 may be folded at both side ends in the width direction, and then at least one of the pair of side edges 21 may be folded to the outside of the packaging bag 1. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the packaging bag 1 for illustrating one modified example of the pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet 2. As shown in FIG. 9, in one modified example, both of the pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet material 2 may be folded to the outside of the packaging bag 1. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view of the packaging bag 1 for illustrating another modified example of the pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet 2. As another modified example, one of the pair of side edges 21 of the first sheet material 2 may be folded to the outside of the packaging bag 1, as shown in FIG. 10.
The packaging bag of this embodiment is as described above, but the present disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications are possible without departing from the gist of the present disclosure. The packaging bag according to the present disclosure is not limited to the effects and advantages of the above-described embodiments. That is, the embodiments disclosed herein should be considered as illustrative in all respects and not restrictive.
