TECHNICAL FIELD

The disclosure relates to the technical field of outdoor toolsheds, in particular to a wall-corner connecting structure.

BACKGROUND ART

In existing construction sites, in order to facilitate temporary placement of materials, tools, etc., a toolshed may be built with assemblies, and traditional toolsheds are directly composed of multiple wall panels.

However, a wall panel of a conventional toolshed is made of a PVC material, which is easy to age after long-term use. Moreover, a corner of assembled wall panels is prone to deformation and more obvious aging, which is easy to cause damage to walls.

SUMMARY

Object of the disclosure: an object of the disclosure is to provide a wall-corner connecting structure to solve a problem that a wall corner of a toolshed is seriously aged and easily damaged.

Solution

A wall-corner connecting structure includes a bendably provided connecting sheet, a clamping structure and a connector. Two opposite sides of the connecting sheet are respectively connected with the clamping structure to fix a bending state of the connecting sheet. A connecting part for connecting with the connector is respectively provided at two sides of the connecting sheet.

Generally, two connected wall panels located in at a wall corner have a certain angle, rather than parallel, relative to each other, which is usually 90 degrees or close to 90 degrees. The wall-corner connecting structure is used at four wall corners of a toolshed to connect two wall panels at the wall corner respectively. The clamping structure can be detachably connected with the two wall panels respectively or can be integrally formed with the two wall panels. The bendably provided connecting sheet can be bent to an angle as required, and then the bending state of the connecting sheet is fixed under action of the clamping structure. Furthermore, matching of the connector with the connecting part can further enhance fixing effect by the clamping structure.

Optionally, the connecting part is provided with a positioning groove, and two positioning grooves connected to a same connector are symmetrically arranged at both sides of the connecting sheet respectively. The connecting part can be arranged on a wall panel or arranged independently of the wall panel.

Optionally, the connector is angle iron, and after the connecting sheet is bent, the two symmetrically arranged positioning grooves are detachably connected with the angle iron. For example, the positioning groove and the angle iron can be respectively provided with threaded connecting holes, and the positioning groove can be connected with the angle iron by threaded connectors such as screws. The angle iron can be integrally formed.

Optionally, the angle iron includes two connecting wings connected with each other, and the two connecting wings are respectively matched with the two positioning grooves.

Optionally, a clamping groove for accommodating the clamping structure is provided at a joint of the two connecting wings. The clamping groove can further enclose the clamping structure, and the clamping structure may not come off, thus enhancing fixing effect by the clamping structure.

Optionally, the clamping structure includes a first connecting structure and a second connecting structure which are matched with each other, the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure are respectively arranged at a same side of the connecting sheet, and when the wall panel is bent, the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure are abutted to fix the bending state of the connecting sheet.

Optionally, the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure are respectively arranged to protrude from opposite two sides of the connecting sheet in a same direction.

Optionally, when the connecting sheet is bent, a cavity is formed between the connecting sheet and the first and second connecting structures.

Beneficial effect: clamping parts at the wall corner are connected through the connecting part, so that a problem of reduced service life caused by bending of the wall panels is reduced, and service life of a bending is prolonged. Furthermore, a cavity is formed through the connecting part, and buffering protection for a main body of the wall panel is realized through the cavity, so that strength of the wall panel is improved; and meanwhile, the bent wall panel can be further connected with the angle iron through the positioning groove, thus improving the strength.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

In order to make technical schemes of the disclosure more clear, the disclosure will be further explained in detail in the following in combination with drawings and specific examples.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, a wall-corner connecting structure is configured to connect a wall panel 11 at a wall corner, and the wall panel 11 is used at a bend at a wall corner of a conventional toolshed.

A connecting sheet 12 is provided at an inner end face of the wall panel 11, and the connecting sheet 12 is not limited in position, and can be arranged at any position on the inner end face of the wall panel 11 according to connection needs of the toolshed.

The connecting sheet 12 runs through from top to bottom, and a clamping structure is respectively provided at two sides of the connecting sheet 12, stability at a bending of the wall panel can be ensured through the connecting part. A thickness of the connecting sheet 12 is much smaller than a thickness of the wall panel 11. When the wall panel 11 is mounted, the connecting sheet 12 is bent to form an arc surface, and deformation and stretching due to forced bending are not easy to occur, thereby prolonging service life of the wall. Meanwhile, the connecting sheet 12 makes bending of the wall panel 11 more convenient and the wall corner more aesthetic.

Meanwhile, a first connecting structure 23 and a second connecting structure 24 are respectively provided on two side walls of the connecting sheet 12, the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24 are stepped clamping grooves, and the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24 are respectively provided with a protrusion and a clamping groove mutually matched with each other, and the connecting sheet 12 is located between the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24. When the wall panel 11 is bent, the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24 may be abutted against each other (at least in surface contact with each other) to form a wall corner, and the connecting sheet 12 may be covered on outer sides of the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24 to achieve protection effect. A cavity 27 is remained between the bent connecting sheet 12 and the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24, and the connecting sheet 12 can be deformed and then reset with aid of cavity after being subjected to outer impact, thus reducing impact on the main body of the wall panel 11. Thicknesses of the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24 may be the same as the thickness of the wall.

Shapes of the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24 are not affected, and a folding angle of the wall panel 11 is controlled by the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24 abutted against each other, and end faces of the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24 can be adjusted as required so as to achieve effect of controlling an angle of the wall corner and adapt to different use requirements of the toolshed.

After being bent, the wall panel 11 may be connected with a floor and a top plate, so as to achieve fixing effect. The wall panels 11 themselves are clamped by the first connecting structure 23 and the second connecting structure 24.

The wall panel 11 is provided with the connecting sheet 12 for bending, and a clamping part is further respectively provided on two sides of the connecting sheet 12. The wall panel 11 is provided with a positioning groove 25 for enhancing connection respectively on the two sides of the connecting sheet 12. The positioning groove 25 have an opening near the connecting sheet 12, and a screw hole is provided in the positioning groove 25, and is used for connecting the angle iron at the positioning groove 25. When the wall panel 11 is not folded, two positioning grooves 25 do not contact with each other. When the wall panel 11 is folded, openings of the positioning grooves 25 on the two sides are abutted against each other, the angle iron 31 and the two positioning grooves 25 are fixedly connected with each other by bolts, and two sides of the angle iron 31 are completely attached to the positioning grooves 25 to prevent the bolts from loosening after fixing, thereby further fixing the folded wall panel 11 and prolonging service life.
