The present invention belongs to the field of sports goods and game equipment, and in particular relates to a throwing toy.
Throwing games are a popular leisure activity for both children and adults, and can be used as part of teamwork or parent-child activities. A throwing toy is usually composed of a sandbag for throwing and a throwing rack for receiving the sandbag, and a user throws the sandbag into a throwing hole in the throwing rack for fun. For example, Chinese patent No. CN220176014U discloses a sandbag throwing toy which includes a support frame and a panel, and a throwing hole and a ball bag are provided in a throwing area of the panel. The toy is easy to carry and has strong fun. Chinese patent No. CN202961835U discloses a novel throwing game rack which is novel in structure and portable to carry by splicing a left rack plate and a right rack plate together and providing a circular throwing hole on the left rack plates and the right rack plate respectively.
However, the existing throwing toys have relatively traditional throwing methods when in use, cannot be used simultaneously by multiple users, and do not allow for interactive experiences among multiple users. It is necessary to improve the user experience.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a throwing toy having an arc-shaped contact surface to allow for properly rocking during throwing, thereby improving the user experience.
In order to achieve the above object, the invention adopts the following solution.
A throwing toy includes a throwing body and a throwing base, and a pocket member is provided at the hole on the throwing body; the throwing body includes at least two throwing surfaces, each of the throwing surfaces is inclined, and the throwing surfaces are provided with a hole and a pocket member for receiving a thrown sandbag; the throwing base has a rocking seat, and the rocking seat is curved along at least one of a first direction and a second direction to form an arc-shaped contact surface, so that the throwing toy is placed in a swingable manner. That is, the throwing toy is placed on a support surface (e.g., the ground) in a swingable manner along at least one direction.
After adopting the above technical solution, the throwing toy is brought into contact with the support surface (e.g., the ground) via the rocking seat composed of the arc-shaped contact surface, so that the throwing toy is placed on the support surface such as the ground in a swingable manner, and mass distribution of the throwing toy is changed due to impact of the sandbag on the throwing toy or entry of the sandbag into the pocket member during the process of throwing the sandbag by the user, thereby enabling the throwing toy to rock by itself during the throwing process, and enhancing the user's throwing experience. Furthermore, arrangement of multiple throwing surfaces allows simultaneous use by multiple users and allows the users to engage in interactive games during the throwing process.
The throwing toy of the present invention has at least the following beneficial effects.
The throwing toy is placed in contact with the support surface (e.g., the ground) via the rocking seat composed of the arc-shaped contact surface, so that the throwing toy is placed on the support surface such as the ground in a swingable manner, and the throwing toy will swing during the throwing game to increase the difficulty and enhance the fun. In addition, arrangement of multiple throwing surfaces allows simultaneous use by multiple users and allows the users to influence each other during the throwing process, enhancing interactivity and fun.
In some preferred embodiments, the throwing toy can be assembled via a frame assembly and an attachment member, and thus can be assembled when in use and disassembled and stored when not in use.
In some preferred embodiments, an indicator assembly is provided to allow intuitive score indication or ready state confirmation before the game.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the present invention and thereby define the scope of the present invention more clearly, the present invention is described below in detail with respect to some specific embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1-7, a throwing toy is designed to allow users to throw small sandbags or the like for fun. The throwing toy has at least two play areas, and each of the play areas is available for one user to enable multiple people to play together and interact during the game.
As shown in FIG. 1, the throwing toy is composed of a throwing base 11 and a throwing body 12 connected to the throwing base 11, both of which are arranged up and down, that is, the throwing body 12 is arranged above the throwing base 11, the throwing body 12 is designed to provide a play area thereon, the throwing base 11 is designed to be placed on a support surface such as the ground, a rocking seat 13 is provided on the throwing base 11, and an arc-shaped contact surface 130 is formed on the rocking seat 13, so that the throwing toy can swing left and right on the support surface such as the ground, that is, the throwing toy can swing like a tumbler.
In the present embodiment, the throwing toy has two play areas, and each of the play areas includes a throwing surface 120, that is, including a first throwing surface 101 and a second throwing surface 102, and the two throwing surfaces are arranged back-to-back, as shown in FIGS. 1-2.
Preferably, both the first throwing surface 101 and the second throwing surface 102 are in a planar shape and arranged in a generally back-to-back manner as shown in FIG. 2, so that the two throwing surfaces can face different users in opposite directions.
A plurality of holes 127 are respectively provided on the first throwing surface 101 and the second throwing surface 102, and a pocket member 126 for receiving a thrown sandbag is fixedly connected to each of the holes 127, so that the sandbag can be thrown to a corresponding play area, for example, to the first throwing surface 101 or the second throwing surface 102, and the sandbag passes through the hole 127 and enters the pocket member 126, achieving a single-shot game process.
However, the throwing toy of the present embodiment is placed on the ground via the rocking seat 13 in a swingable manner, and when the sandbag is thrown into the pocket member 126 of a certain play area, the original mass distribution of the throwing toy is destroyed, changing the position of a center of mass thereof and causing the throwing toy as a whole to swing toward the play area into which the sandbag is thrown by a certain angle, so that it can be visually seen which user has hit the target with more sandbags or is considered to have a higher score.
Preferably, the rocking seat 13 is formed on the entire bottom surface of the throwing base 11. In other embodiments, the rocking seat 13 may be formed only in the middle section of the bottom surface of the throwing base 11, and can be specifically arranged as needed. Changing the coverage area of the rocking seat 13 on the throwing base 11 allows to change the left and right swing angle of the throwing toy during play and improve the stability, that is, preventing the throwing toy from tipping over due to excessive impact from the sandbag or excessive weight gain on one side.
In the present embodiment, in addition to the aforementioned function of changing the overall mass distribution and swinging toward the corresponding side to visually provide the throwing result after the sandbag is thrown into the pocket member 126, the rocking seat 13 can also swing corresponding in response to impacts during the throwing process, so that the throwing toy will be in a dynamic state of constantly swinging and shaking during the game, thereby improving the difficulty of hitting the target and enhancing the game experience and interactivity. Interactivity means that in a multi-player game, one player can consider how and when to throw in addition to how to increase the chance of hitting the target, so that the sandbag impacts the throwing toy, causing the throwing toy to shake and disrupting the other player's chances of hitting the target, thereby providing a throwing toy with good game experience and interactivity, and is suitable for both adults and children, such as a team-building activities, parent-child activities, etc.
In the present embodiment, two play areas, more specifically, a first throwing surface 101 and a second throwing surface 102, are respectively provided on the surface of the throwing body 12, side surfaces of the throwing body 12 are in the shape of an isosceles right triangle, the first throwing surface 101 and the second throwing surface 102 are respectively arranged on right angle sides, and the throwing base 11 is connected to the hypotenuse of the isosceles right triangle (where the hypotenuse is virtual). Preferably, the throwing base 11 includes two arc-shaped bar-shaped components, and both are connected in parallel below the throwing body 12 to form an arc-shaped contact surface 130 to form the rocking seat 13. In other embodiments, it is also possible to use a cylindrical surface component to form the rocking seat 13, which can also be understood as a solid surface formed by filling the space between two curved bars.
A curvature of the rocking seat 13 in a first direction is smaller than a curvature in a second direction, that is, the curvature of the rocking seat 13 in the first direction is greater than that in the second direction, so that the throwing toy swings left and right in the first direction or mainly swings left and right in the first direction. Preferably, the rocking seat 13 is arranged straight in the second direction, that is, without bending, so that the throwing toy only swings left and right. Therefore, the arc-shaped contact surface of the rocking seat 13 is formed in a cylindrical shape. As shown in FIG. 1, the X-axis direction is the second direction, and the Y-axis direction is the first direction.
As shown in FIGS. 6-7, the throwing toy of the present embodiment is assembled using a plug-in structure, that is, the throwing toy is composed of bar-shaped components, connection members and a flexible component, where the bar-shaped components and the connection members are spliced together to form an integral frame, and the flexible component is mounted on the frame and provides a pocket member 126 for receiving a sandbag. On one hand, such a splicing method is convenient for mounting and disassembly, and is conducive to transportation and storage. On the other hand, the flexible component is preferably made of cloth or the like, which is easy to disassemble and clean.
The throwing toy is composed of a frame assembly 14 and an attachment member 15. As shown in FIG. 6, the frame assembly 14 can be divided into a first frame member 141 and a second frame member 142. The first frame member 141 is used to mount the attachment member 15 thereon to form the throwing body 12, while the second frame member 142 is used to form the throwing base 11.
As shown in FIG. 7, the first frame member 141 is further composed of a first bar member 143 and a first connection member 144 which are inserted into each other, and the first bar member 143 is a straight bar with a length set as necessary. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, two types of straight bars having different lengths may be inserted into each other, and in other embodiments, the straight bars may have the same length. The second frame member 142 is composed of second bar members 145 and a second connection member 146 which are inserted into each other to form the second frame member 142 with an arc shape, where the second bar members 145 are arc-shaped bars with different lengths. In other embodiments, the second frame member 142 may also be composed of a complete arc-shaped bar, which results in a larger packaging volume than the second frame member composed of the second bar members 145 and the second connection member 146 which are inserted into each other in the present embodiment.
The attachment member 15 is made of a flexible material such as cloth to facilitate folding for packaging, transportation or storage. The attachment member 15 includes a face portion 151 and a collar 152 provided at a side edge of the face portion 151. The collar 152 is designed to be sleeved on the first bar member 143 of the first frame member 141 to properly tension the face portion 151 to form a corresponding throwing surface. Preferably, the collar 152 may be looped in advance and assembled by inserting the first bar member 143 thereinto, or the collar 152 may be provided with a detachable structure such as a hook and loop fastener or button, so that the attachment member 15 can be mounted on the assembled frame assembly 14.
Preferably, the throwing toy of the present embodiment further has an indicator assembly 16 to visually indicate game scores of different players by left-right swing of the throwing toy without counting or calculating the number of sandbags hitting the target. The indicator assembly 16 is composed of a vertically pending member 161 and a scale 162. As shown in FIGS. 1-3, the vertically pending member 161 has an upper end formed as a vertically pending connection end 168. The vertically pending connection end 168 is connected to the throwing body 12, more specifically, to the first connection member 144. The scale 162 has an appropriate weight and is arranged at an end of the vertically pending member 161 away from the vertically pending connection end 168. In the present embodiment, since the throwing body 12 includes two symmetrical throwing surfaces (i.e., the first throwing surface 101 and the second throwing surface 102), and the first connection member 144 is arranged at a connection thereof, the vertically pending member 161 can be arranged along a center line of the throwing toy. In the present embodiment, the vertically pending member 161 is specifically composed of a pending rope 163 and a pending head 164, an upper end of the pending rope 163 is connected to the first connection member 144 to form a vertically pending connection end 168, and a lower end thereof is connected with the pending head 164. The flexible pending rope 163 allows the vertically pending member 161 to be always kept in a vertically downward state when the throwing toy swings and tilts. The scale 162 includes a plurality of scale lines 165 arranged at intervals on the throwing base 11 and a plurality of scale areas 166 separated by the scale lines 165. The scale 162 is preferably arranged on the rocking seat 13 of the throwing base 11. In other embodiments, the scale lines 165 may not be dedicated and recognizable reticles, but may be composed of dividing lines between two adjacent scale areas 166.
Furthermore, in still other embodiments, the vertically pending member 161 may be entirely composed of a bar-shaped component (e.g., a wooden bar, a metal bar) with an upper end thereof movably connected to the first connection member 144, where the movable connection means that the bar-shaped component can remain vertically downward by hinging or connecting via a flexible bar. This ensures that, when the throwing toy swings and tilts, the vertically pending member 161 can always be kept in the vertically downward state and point to the corresponding scale area 166 of the throwing base 11 to indicate a score. Therefore, when the throwing toy swings and tilts, the vertically pending member 161 can be in a vertically downward state by gravity (specifically, the vertically pending member will eventually be in a vertical state and will sway as the throwing toy swings).
Preferably, a center reticle 167 is provided at a middle position of the scale 162 to indicate whether the throwing toy is in an initial state of left-right balance, achieve equal indication of left-right points, and visually indicate whether the throwing toy is in a ready state before the game. More preferably, scoring numbers can be marked or painted on each of the scale areas 166, for example, 2 points, 4 points and 6 points from the middle to the sides, or blue, green and red from the middle to the sides.
