DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The specific embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely intended to illustrate and explain the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.

In the present disclosure, unless otherwise specified, the directional terms such as “upper, lower, top, bottom, front, rear, left,” and “right” are generally defined based on the orientation of a clothing washing device in its normal operating state (which can be specifically referred to in FIG. 1). These terms are used only to facilitate the description of the present disclosure and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the referred apparatus or elements must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, they should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure. “Inner” and “outer” refer to the inner and outer contours of the corresponding components. Further, the terms “first,” “second,” etc., are used to distinguish one element from another and do not imply any order or importance.

In the description of the present disclosure, it should also be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified and defined, the terms “arranged”, “connected”, “coupled”, and “mounted” should be interpreted broadly. For example, a connection may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; it can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediary. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in this disclosure can be understood according to the specific circumstances.

As mentioned above, in the related art, how to arrange the clothing washing device and other components in a limited space inside a washing machine is an important research direction in this field.

In view of this, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the present disclosure provides the clothing washing device, which includes a cabinet 30, a first drum 10, and a second drum 20. The first drum 10 and the second drum 20 are arranged in the cabinet 30. A front panel 31 of the cabinet 30 includes a first opening 11 and a second opening 21. Here, the first opening 11 and the second opening 21 are clothing drop-off openings located on the front panel 31. The first opening 11 is connected to an inlet opening of the first drum 10 (that is, an opening on the first drum 10 for taking and placing clothing), and the second opening 21 is connected to an inlet opening of the second drum 20 (that is, an opening on the second drum 20 for taking and placing clothing). That is, the first opening 11 corresponds to a position of the inlet opening of the first drum 10 on the front panel 31, and the second opening 21 corresponds to a position of the inlet opening of the second drum 20 on the front panel 31. Door panels for opening or closing the first opening 11 may be provided on both the first opening 11 and the second opening 21. An angle θ between a line connecting a center of the first opening 11 and a center of the second opening 21 and a horizontal direction is 45° to 85°. The center of the first opening 11 may be an intersection point of the first drum 10's axis and the first opening 11, and when the first opening 11 is circular, the center of the first opening 11 may be the center of a circle of the first opening 11.

In the above-mentioned clothing washing device, the cabinet 30 may serve as an outer shell of the clothing washing device. The cabinet 30 may be used to hold various components inside the clothing washing device and may also provide support and fixation for some components inside the clothing washing device (such as a washing drum, etc.).

In the above-mentioned clothing washing device, the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 may be used to accommodate clothing to be washed, and according to a configuration of the clothing washing device, operations such as washing and drying clothing to be washed accommodated in the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 are carried out.

Through the above technical solution, a range of the angle between the line connecting the center of the first opening 11 and the center of the second opening 21 and the horizontal direction is set to be 45° to 85°, that is, arranging the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 in a staggered arrangement manner in both a height direction and a left-right direction (in a width direction) of the clothing washing device. This is beneficial for the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 to be located in a reasonable position within the cabinet and after arranging the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 in the cabinet 30, a relatively large accommodation space is formed to accommodate other components (such as an electronic control board, a drying mechanism, etc.) within the clothing washing device. Moreover, it may ensure that there is an appropriate interval between the center of the first opening 11 and the center of the second opening 21 in a left-right direction of the cabinet 30, and also an appropriate interval between the center of the first opening 11 and the center of the second opening 12 in the height direction of the cabinet 30. On the one hand, it is beneficial for balancing the weight of the clothing washing device; on the other hand, it is beneficial for reducing the vibration of the clothing washing device during operation. Additionally, it is beneficial for reducing or avoiding interference between a door panel of the first opening 11 and a door panel of the second opening 21, and also beneficial for reducing or avoiding an obstruction of the second opening 21 by the door panel of the first opening 11 and an obstruction of the first opening 11 by the door panel of the second opening 21.

Optionally, a range of the angle θ between the line connecting the center of the first opening 11 and the center of the second opening 21 and the horizontal direction may be 55° to 65°. For example, the angle θ between the line connecting the center of the first opening 11 and the center of the second opening 21 and the horizontal direction may be 60°. With such the configuration, it is beneficial for further balancing the weight of the clothing washing device, further reducing the vibration of the clothing washing device during operation, further reducing or avoiding the occlusion between the door panel of the first opening 11 and the door panel of the second opening 21, further reduce or avoid the interference between the door panel of the first opening 11 and the door panel of the second opening 21, further reducing or avoiding the obstruction of the second opening 21 by the door panel of the first opening 11, and further reducing the obstruction of the first opening 11 by the door panel of the second opening 21, while ensuring a compact structure of the clothing washing device. In addition, considering the limited space of the cabinet 30, when the angle θ ranges from 55° to 65°, more space may be provided for the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 while ensuring a balance of the cabinet 30. Thus, volumes of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 may be enlarged, and a cleaning ratio of the clothes washing device (i.e., washing machine) may be increased.

It should be noted that in the present disclosure, both the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 may be any one of a drying drum, a washing drum, or a washer-dryer drum.

For example, when the first drum 10 is a washing drum, the first drum 10 may have a washing function, enabling the first drum 10 to wash the clothing to be washed in the first drum 10.

When the first drum 10 is a washer-dryer drum, the first drum 10 may have both a washing function and a drying function, and the first drum 10 may wash and dry the clothing to be washed in the first drum 10.

Similarly, when the second drum 20 is a washing drum, the second drum 20 may have a washing function, thereby enabling the second drum 20 to wash the clothing to be washed in the second drum 20.

When the second drum 20 is a washer-dryer drum, the second drum 20 may have both the washing function and the drying function, and the second drum 20 may wash and dry the clothing to be washed in the second drum 20.

Through the functional combination of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20, the above-mentioned clothing washing device may have functions such as separate washing (for example, one drum is used to wash outer clothing and the other drum is used to wash close-fitting clothing such as underwear), separate drying, or integrated washing and drying.

The structure of the cabinet 30 is also not limited by the present disclosure. The cabinet 30 may be an integrally formed cabinet 30 or a cabinet 30 assembled from multiple panels. As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the cabinet 30 includes a front panel 31 and a rear side panel 32 spaced apart along its front-to-rear direction, a left side panel 33 and a right side panel 34 spaced apart along its left-to-right direction, and a top panel 35 and a bottom panel 36 spaced apart along its top-to-bottom direction. Among them, the openings of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 are both located on the front panel 31, allowing for the placement and removal of clothing to be washed through the front panel 31, while enhancing the aesthetic appeal of the clothing washing device.

In addition, the front panel 31, the rear side panel 32, the left side panel 33, the right side panel 34, the top panel 35, and also may jointly enclose a space for installing the first drum 10 and the second drum 20. Here, the front panel 31 is a front side panel of the cabinet. The front panel 31, the rear side panel 32, the left side panel 33, the right side panel 34, the top panel 35, and the bottom panel 36 may play a protective role for the components set provided the cabinet 30.

In the present disclosure, the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 may be arranged in the cabinet 30 in any direction, as long as the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 may meet the washing requirements of the clothing to be washed. For example, at least one of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 extends horizontally in the front-rear direction of the cabinet 30, and at least one of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 may also extend horizontally in the front-rear direction of the cabinet 30. The present disclosure does not limit this. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 1, at least one of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 extends horizontally in the front-rear direction of the cabinet 30. In other words, the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 are horizontally arranged in the cabinet 30. On the one hand, the horizontally arranged first drum 10 and second drum 20 may enable the clothing to be evenly distributed in the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 under the action of gravity, thereby improving the washing effect of the clothing to be washed. On the other hand, the horizontally arranged first drum 10 and second drum 20 are more stable in structure, which is beneficial for improving stability and safety performance of the clothing washing device.

As another embodiment of the present disclosure, at least one of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 is arranged obliquely. A height of a front end, where the inlet opening of the first drum 10 is located, is higher than a height of a rear end of the first drum 10, and/or, a height of a front end where the inlet opening of the second drum 20 is located is higher than a height of a rear end of the second drum 20. With such an arrangement, it is convenient for users to take and place clothing in the first drum 10 or the second drum 20 in a more natural posture.

The present disclosure does not limit a size relationship between the first drum 10 and the second drum 20. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 1, a diameter of the second drum 20 is larger than a diameter of the first drum 10. Since the diameter of the second drum 20 is larger than the diameter of the first drum 10, the capacity of the second drum 20 may be larger than the capacity of the first drum 10. In this way, by reducing the diameter of the first drum 10, more installation space may be provided for the second drum 20, thereby enabling the second drum 20 to meet demand for large-capacity accommodation.

For instance, the second drum 20 may be a main washing drum, used to wash adult clothing or outerwear, and the first drum 10 may be a small washing drum, which may be used to wash the underwear or baby clothing.

Optionally, as shown in FIG. 1, the first drum 10 may be located above a lateral side of the second drum 20. That is, the first drum 10 is above the second drum 20 and is arranged in a staggered arrangement manner from the second drum 20 in the width direction of the clothing washing device. In other words, the second drum 20 may be arranged below a lateral side of the first drum 10. By arranging the second drum 20 with a larger mass below the lateral side of the first drum 10 with a smaller mass, an overall center of gravity of the clothing washing device may be lowered, which is beneficial for improving the stability of the washing machine.

The present disclosure does not limit specific dimensions of the first drum 10 and the second drum 20. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a range of the diameter of the first drum 10 may be 150 mm to 200 mm, and/or a range of the diameter of the second drum 20 may be 500 mm to 545 mm. With such an arrangement, it is beneficial to enable the clothing washing device to have a relatively small volume while both the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 have good functionality.

Optionally, a range of the diameter of the first drum 10 may be 175 mm to 185 mm, and/or a range of the diameter of the second drum 20 may be 533 mm to 543 mm. With such an arrangement, it is beneficial for further reducing the size of the clothing washing device while ensuring that both the first drum 10 and the second drum 20 have good functionality.

The present disclosure does not limit a distance between the center of the first opening 11 and the center of the second opening 21. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the range of the length of the line connecting the center of the first opening 11 and the center of the second opening 21 may be 345 mm to 760 mm. Optionally, a range of the length of the line connecting the center of the first opening 11 and the center of the second opening 21 may be 367 mm to 377 mm. With such an arrangement, it is beneficial for reducing or avoiding the interference between the door panel of the first opening 11 and the door panel of the second opening 21 during an opening and closing process, and is beneficial for preventing the door panel of the first opening 11 from blocking the second opening 21 and is also beneficial for preventing the door panel of the second opening 21 from blocking the first opening 11. In addition, it is also beneficial for reducing conduction and superposition between the vibration of the second drum 20 and the vibration of the first drum 10.

Optionally, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the first drum 10 is located above the second drum 20. The clothing washing device also includes a display panel component 50, which is mounted at an upper end of the front panel 31. Here, a distance between the lower end surface of the display panel component 50 and the center of the first opening 11 is a first distance L1, and a range of the first distance L1 is 70 mm to 110 mm.

With such an arrangement, a reasonable distance may be maintained between a lower end of the display panel component 50 and the first drum 10. While ensuring proper installation of the display panel component 50, it does not interfere with installation of the first drum 10, thereby preventing installation problems such as interference between the display panel component 50 and the first drum 10, which may improve a space utilization rate of the clothing washing device, enhance compactness of the clothing washing device, facilitate an arrangement of other components of the clothing washing device, and also facilitate an arrangement of the display panel component 50.

Optionally, a range of the range of the first distance L1 may be 80 mm to 100 mm. For example, the first distance L1 may be 90 mm. With such an arrangement, the space utilization rate of the clothing washing device may be further improved, the compactness of the clothing washing device may be further enhanced, the arrangement of other components of the clothing washing device may be further facilitated, and the arrangement of the display panel component 50 may be further facilitated.

The present disclosure does not limit a distance between the top panel 35 of the cabinet 30 and the first opening 11. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 3, the first drum 10 is located above the lateral side of the second drum 20. Herein, the distance between the top panel 35 of the cabinet 30 and the center of the first opening 11 is a second distance L2, and a range of the second distance L2 is 95 mm to 150 mm.

With such an arrangement, a reasonable distance may be maintained between a top panel 35 and the first drum 10. While ensuring that the top panel 35 does not interfere with the first drum 10, it does not hinder the installation of the first drum 10 either. In this way, the space utilization rate of the clothing washing device may be improved, the compactness of the clothing washing device may be enhanced, and it is convenient for the arrangement of other components of the clothing washing device.

Optionally, a range of a distance between a top end of the first drum 10 and the top panel 35 may be from 20 mm to 50 mm. For example, the distance between the top end of the first drum 10 and the top panel 35 may be 33 mm.

The present disclosure does not limit a distance between the left side panel 33 and the right side panel 34 of the cabinet 30 and the center of the first opening 11. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIG. 3, the first opening 11 is closer to the right side panel 34 of the cabinet 30 than the second opening 21. A range of a distance from the center of the first opening 11 to the right side panel 34 is 100 mm to 265 mm, for example, 114 mm, or the first opening 11 is closer to the left side panel 33 of the cabinet 30 than the second opening 21, and a range of a distance from the center of the first opening 11 to the left side panel 33 is 100 mm to 265 mm. With such an arrangement, a reasonable distance may be maintained between the left side panel 33 and the right side panel 34 and the first drum 10. While ensuring that the left side panel 33 and the right side panel 34 do not interfere with the first drum 10, it does not hinder the installation of the first drum 10 either. In this way, the space utilization rate of the clothing washing device may be improved, the compactness of the clothing washing device may be enhanced, and it is convenient for the arrangement of other components of the clothing washing device.

The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details provided in the aforementioned embodiments. Within the scope of the technical concept of the present disclosure, various simple modifications can be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and all such simple modifications fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Further, it should be noted that the various specific technical features described in the above detailed embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, provided that there is no conflict between them. To avoid unnecessary repetition, the present disclosure will not separately describe all possible combinations.

In addition, the various different embodiments of the present disclosure may also be freely combined, so long as such combinations do not contradict the spirit of the present disclosure. These combinations should also be considered as part of the content disclosed in the present disclosure.
