DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE DISCLOSURE

Specific embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that, the specific embodiments described herein are merely used to illustrate and explain the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the present disclosure.

In the present disclosure, unless otherwise stated, location words such as “top, bottom, left, and right” are generally defined by the direction of the drawing surface of the drawings, and “inner and outer” refer to the inner and outer of the relevant components. In addition, terms such as “first” and “second” are used solely to distinguish between descriptions and are not intended to indicate or imply relative importance or significance.

In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that unless specified or limited otherwise, the terms “arranged” and “connected” are used broadly, and may be, for example, fixed connections, detachable connections, or integral connections; may also be direct connections or indirect connections via intervening structures; may also be inner communications of two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure may be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.

With the development of the laundry treating apparatus, more and more double-drum structures are adopted to realize different laundry treatments, such as double-drum washing machines, which are provided with two laundry drums, and can realize washing of different laundry types. Since two laundry drums need to be arranged, the space needs to be used reasonably.

The layout of the two drums in the double-drum laundry treating apparatus in the related art is unreasonable, resulting in a large space occupied by the two drums, and thus, the overall size of the laundry treating apparatus is large.

Therefore, as illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 9, the present disclosure provides a laundry treating apparatus including a cabinet 1, a first drum 2, and a second drum 3.

The cabinet 1 has a front panel 11 and two side panels 12 arranged opposite each other.

The front panel 11 of the cabinet 1 refers to the front panel 11 of the entire laundry treating apparatus, which is a side facing the user and may be used for loading and unloading laundry, and extends in a vertical direction. The two side panels 12 arranged opposite each other refer to left and right side panels 12 of the cabinet 1 when facing the front panel 11 of the cabinet 1.

In a horizontal direction, a distance between a center of the first drum 2 and a center of the second drum 3 is set to a first distance 23, and a ratio of the first distance 23 to a width of the cabinet 1 is set to 0.1-0.4.

According to the above technical solution, by setting the first distance 23 and the width of the cabinet 1 to the above ratio, when the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 are arranged on the cabinet 1, the limited space in the cabinet 1 may be fully utilized, the space utilization rate of the cabinet 1 may be improved, and it is possible to arrange the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 while minimizing any excessive increase in the size of the cabinet 1, not causing the overall size of the laundry treating apparatus to be excessively large, so that the laundry treating apparatus does not occupy too much space when installed by the user, and the application scenario may be versatile. This ensures the spatial layout while preventing the cabinet 1 from tilting left and right due to an excessive ratio or insufficient space due to an overly small ratio.

Simultaneously, if the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 overlap vertically, and arranged horizontally in the cabinet 1 according to the above ratio, the overlapping area of vertical projections of two doors respectively corresponding to the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 on a horizontal plane may be reduced, alleviating or avoiding interference when the two doors are opened at the same time.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the front panel 11 has a first laundry loading port 111 and a second laundry loading port 113, the first drum 2 is connected to the first laundry loading port 111, the second drum 3 is connected to the second laundry loading port 113, and the first distance 23 is configured as a distance between an axis of the first laundry loading port 111 and an axis of the second laundry loading port 113 in a horizontal direction.

The center of the first drum 2 is the axis of the first laundry loading port 111, and the center of the second drum 3 is the axis of the second laundry loading port 113. The first distance is a linear distance in the horizontal direction, a line passing through the axis of the first laundry loading port 111 and perpendicular to a horizontal plane is set to a first line 22, a line passing through the axis of the second laundry loading port 113 and perpendicular to the horizontal plane is set to a second line 32, and a perpendicular linear distance between the first line 22 and the second line 32 is set to the first distance 23. The first distance 23 refers to a linear distance perpendicular to both the first line 22 and the second line 32, that is, the shortest distance between the first line 22 and the second line 32, and the first line 22 and the second line 32 are both virtual to reflect the arrangement positions of the first drum 2, the second drum 3 and the cabinet 1.

In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the first drum 2 has a first central axis, and the second drum 3 has a second central axis.

The first drum 2 may be connected to the cabinet 1, the front panel 11 of the cabinet 1 is provided with the first laundry loading port 111, the first drum 2 is connected to the first laundry loading port 111, the first drum 2 includes a first outer tub and a first inner drum, the first outer tub is sleeved over the first inner drum, and an axis of the first outer tub and the first inner drum coaxially arranged is the first central axis.

The second drum 3 may be connected to the cabinet 1, the front panel 11 of the cabinet 1 is provided with the second laundry loading port 113, the second drum 3 is connected to the second laundry loading port 113, the second drum 3 includes a second outer tub and a second inner drum, the second outer tub is sleeved over the second inner drum, and an axis of the second outer tub and the second inner drum coaxially arranged is the second central axis.

The first central axis intersects a bottom of the first drum 2 at a first point 29, the second central axis intersects a bottom of the second drum 3 at a second point 39, and the first distance 23 is configured as a distance between the first point 29 and the second point 39 in the horizontal direction.

The first distance is a linear distance in the horizontal direction, a line passing through the first point 29 and perpendicular to the horizontal plane is set to the first line 22, a line passing through the second point 39 and perpendicular to the horizontal plane is set to the second line 32, and a perpendicular linear distance between the first line 22 and the second line 32 is set to the first distance 23.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the width of the cabinet 1 is set to a second distance 13, and the second distance 13 is configured as a perpendicular linear distance between the two side panels 12 in the horizontal direction. The second distance 13 refers to a linear distance perpendicular to both the two side panels 12, that is, the shortest distance between the two side panels 12.

In order to further improve the space utilization rate of the cabinet 1, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the projection of the first central axis on a horizontal plane in the vertical direction and the projection of the second central axis on the horizontal plane in the vertical direction do not coincide, and the projections of the first line 22 and the second line 32 on the horizontal plane do not coincide.

If the projection of the first central axis of the first drum 2 and the second central axis of the second drum 3 on the horizontal plane in the vertical direction do not coincide each other, the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 are staggered in the horizontal direction, thus the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 may be arranged diagonally on the cabinet 1, reducing the space occupation and improving the space utilization rate of the cabinet 1.

On this basis, in some examples, in the vertical direction, the projections of the first line 22 and the second line 32 on the horizontal plane do not coincide. That is, when the projections of the first central axis and the second central axis on the horizontal plane do not coincide, in the vertical direction, the projections of the first line 22 and the second line 32 on the horizontal plane also do not coincide, that is, the axis of the first laundry loading port 111 and the axis of the second laundry loading port 113 do not coincide, or the first point 29 and the second point 39 do not coincide. In other examples, in the vertical direction, the axis of the first laundry loading port 111 and the axis of the second laundry loading port 113 on the horizontal plane may coincide, or the first point 29 and the second point 39 may coincide. That is, when the projections of the first central axis and the second central axis on the horizontal plane do not coincide, in the vertical direction, the axis of the first laundry loading port 111 and the axis of the second laundry loading port 113 may coincide, or the first point 29 and the second point 39 may coincide.

In order to further control the distance of the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 from the two side panels 12 of the cabinet 1, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, a diameter of the first drum 2 is smaller than a diameter of the second drum 3; in the horizontal direction, a perpendicular linear distance between the center of the first drum 2 and one of the two side panels 12 is set to a third distance 24, and a ratio of the first distance 23 to the third distance 24 to the width of the cabinet 1 is set to 3:2:10. By reasonably arranging the positions of the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 in the cabinet 1 in this way, the positional relationship of the cabinet 1, the first drum 2 and the second drum 3 is reasonably determined, and the space utilization rate of the cabinet 1 is further improved.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the value of the third distance 24 is 100 mm-265 mm. In some examples, the value of the third distance 24 is 111 mm, and it should be noted that by controlling the specific value of the third distance to be within the above range, it is possible to effectively prevent the first drum from hitting the cabinet when the first drum vibrates. The distance between the center of the second drum 3 and one of the two side panels 12 may be 250 mm to 350 mm.

In an embodiment of the present disclosure, one first drum 2 and one second drum 3 are provided, the side panel 12 includes a first side panel 121 and a second side panel 122, the first drum 2 is close to the first side panel 121, the third distance 24 is a perpendicular linear distance between the center of the first drum 2 and the first side panel 121, and the second drum 3 is close to the second side panel 122.

The first side panel 121 and the second side panel 122 are two side panels 12 arranged opposite each other, the first drum 2 is closer to the first side panel 121 relative to the second side panel 122, and the second drum 3 is closer to the second side panel 122 relative to the first side panel 121. With this arrangement, it is easy to use the first side panel 121 as the basis for the positional arrangement of the first drum 2 and the second side panel 122 as the basis for the positional arrangement of the second drum 3.
