Therefore, they should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure. For example, upper, lower, front, and rear are defined with respect to the clothing washing device in its normal use state. For instance, the front side of the clothing washing device may refer to a side with the cabinet door of the washing drum, and the rear side of the clothing washing device may refer to a side closer to the bottom of the washing drum.
The terms “inner,” “outer,” etc., refer to the inside and outside of the contour of the corresponding structure. Furthermore, it should be noted that terms such as “first,” “second,” etc., are used to distinguish one element from another element and do not imply sequence or importance. Additionally, in the description referring to the drawings, the same reference numerals in different drawings denote the same elements.
In the description of the present disclosure, it should also be noted that, unless explicitly specified and defined otherwise, the terms “disposed,” “connected,” “coupled,” “mounted,” etc., should be understood broadly. For example, the connection may be a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; it may be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate element. Those of ordinary skill in the art can understand the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure based on the specific circumstances.
As mentioned above, in the related art, how to facilitate the arrangement of washing drums and other components in the limited space of a washing machine has become a research direction.
In view of this, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the present disclosure provides a clothing washing device 100, including a cabinet 10 and a first drum 20. The first drum 20 is disposed in the cabinet 10. A front panel 11 of the cabinet 10 is provided with a clothing access opening 111 corresponding to an opening of the first drum 20. A dimension of the first drum 20 in a front-rear direction of the cabinet 10 is a first dimension L1, a dimension of the cabinet 10 in the front-rear direction is a second dimension L2, and a ratio of the first dimension L1 to the second dimension L2 ranges from 1/10 to 2/3.
Here, it should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the first dimension L1 may be the distance from the drum bottom of the first drum 20 to the opening of the first drum 20 in the front-rear direction of the cabinet 10. Alternatively, the first dimension L1 may also be the distance from the drum bottom of the first drum 20 to the clothing access opening 111 of the cabinet 10 in the front-rear direction of the cabinet 10. The present disclosure does not limit it.
The drum bottom of the first drum 20 may be the outer bottom surface of the outer drum of the first drum 20 (i.e., the outer bottom surface of the outer drum of the first drum 20 away from the front panel 11), or the drum bottom of the first drum 20 may be the inner bottom surface of the inner drum of the first drum 20. The present disclosure does not limit it.
In the aforementioned clothing washing device 100, the cabinet 10 can serve as the outer shell of the clothing washing device 100. The cabinet 10 can be used to accommodate various components within the clothing washing device 100 and can also provide support and fixation for some components (such as the washing drum) within the clothing washing device 100.
In the aforementioned clothing washing device 100, the first drum 20 can be the drum body of the clothing washing device 100 and is disposed within the cabinet 10. The first drum 20 can be used to contain laundry and, depending on the configuration of the clothing washing device 100, perform operations such as washing and drying on the laundry contained within the first drum 20.
When the aforementioned clothing washing device 100 is used for laundry washing, the user can place laundry into the first drum 20 or remove laundry from the first drum 20 through the clothing access opening 111 provided on the front panel 11 of the cabinet 10, the loading and unloading of laundry is relatively convenient.
Through the above technical solution, since the ratio of the dimension of the first drum 20 in the front-rear direction of the cabinet 10 to the dimension of the cabinet 10 in the front-rear direction ranges from 1/10 to 2/3, in other words, in the front-rear direction of the cabinet 10, there is a gap between the rear end of the first drum 20 and the rear end of the cabinet 10. In this way, by reasonably designing the dimensions of the first drum 20 and the cabinet 10, an accommodation space 30 for accommodating other components (such as an electronic control board, a drying mechanism, etc.) in the clothing washing device 100 can be formed between the rear end of the first drum 20 and the cabinet 10. This facilitates the arrangement of the washing drum and other components within the clothing washing device 100, resulting in high compactness of the clothing washing device 100. The rear space of the cabinet 10, the depth and volume of the drum, for example, the depth and volume of the first drum 20, are balanced to ensure space utilization while facilitating user operation and access convenience.
Optionally, the ratio of the first dimension La to the second dimension L2 ranges from 1/3 to 2/3. Since the ratio of the first dimension L1 to the second dimension L2 is greater than or equal to 1/3, the first drum 20 can have a relatively long dimension along the front-rear direction. A first drum 20 with a relatively long dimension can have a larger volume, thereby enabling the first drum 20 to accommodate a certain volume of laundry, meeting the washing requirements of the first drum 20, and improving the wash performance ratio.
Furthermore, since the ratio of the first dimension L1 to the second dimension L2 is less than or equal to 2/3, the dimension of the first drum 20 along the front-rear direction will not be excessively long. Thus, on one hand, by reasonably designing the dimensions of the first drum 20 and the cabinet 10 in the front-rear direction, a relatively large accommodation space 30 can be provided between the first drum 20 and the cabinet 10, thereby facilitating the arrangement of other components within the clothing washing device 100. On the other hand, the first drum 20 will not form an elongated, narrow drum, thus facilitating the user in placing laundry into the first drum 20 or removing laundry from the first drum 20.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, the first drum 20 can have any suitable dimension in the front-rear direction of the cabinet 10, and the present disclosure does not limit it. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first dimension La ranges from 200 mm to 300 mm. A first drum 20 with a first dimension L1 greater than 200 mm can have a relatively large volume, thereby enabling the first drum 20 to accommodate a certain volume of laundry, meeting the washing requirements of the clothing washing device 100, while also facilitating user access to the laundry.
Since the ratio of the first dimension L1 to the second dimension L2 ranges from 1/3 to 3/5, and the first dimension L1 ranges from 200 mm to 300 mm, it can be understood that the second dimension L2 of the cabinet 10 in the front-rear direction can be 500 mm to 600 mm. In other words, the size of the cabinet 10 can be the same as that of a cabinet 10, which is beneficial for the placement of the clothing washing device 100 in a user's home. Under this ratio range and first dimension L1, the washing volume, laundry access, and the utilization of the space behind the first drum 20 are all considered, thereby achieving a balance among the three.
Furthermore, a first drum 20 with a first dimension L1 less than 300 mm will not form an elongated, narrow drum, thus facilitating the user in placing laundry into the first drum 20 or removing laundry from the first drum 20.
To facilitate containing the laundry, optionally, as shown in FIG. 4, the first drum 20 is provided with a first inner drum 21 for containing clothing, and a depth of the first inner drum 21 ranges from 140 mm to 200 mm. Thus, the first drum 20 can provide sufficient accommodation space 30 for the laundry, facilitating the washing and/or drying of the laundry.
The present disclosure also does not limit the volume of the first inner drum 21, as long as the first inner drum 21 can meet the washing requirements of the clothing washing device 100. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the volume of the first inner drum 21 may range from 1.5 L to 4.5 L.
Here, it should be noted that the volume of the first inner drum 21 refers to the maximum capacity of laundry that the first drum 20 can accommodate. For example, this volume may refer to the maximum capacity of the liquid that the inner drum of the first drum 20 can accommodate when the drum door (i.e., the door seal mentioned above) of the inner drum of the first drum 20 is closed.
Since the volume of the first inner drum 21 is greater than or equal to 1.5 L, the first drum 20 can accommodate a relatively large amount of laundry, thereby meeting the user requirements for a single large load of washing or drying.
Furthermore, since the volume of the first inner drum 21 is less than or equal to 4.5 L, the volume of the first drum 20 will not be excessively large, which effectively avoids the situation where a first drum 20 makes it difficult to arrange the first drum 20 and other components within the clothing washing device 100.
Optionally, the volume of the first inner drum 21 is 3 L.
It should be noted that the present disclosure does not limit the specific range of the diameter of the first drum 20 either. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the diameter of the first drum 20 may range from 150 mm to 200 mm. A first drum 20 with a diameter greater than or equal to 150 mm can have a relatively large volume, thereby enabling the first drum 20 to accommodate more laundry and meet the user requirements for a single large load of washing or drying.
Furthermore, a first drum 20 with a diameter less than or equal to 200 mm will not make the volume of the first drum 20 excessively large. A first drum 20 with a relatively small volume facilitates the arrangement of the first drum 20 and other components within the cabinet 10 of the clothing washing device 100.
In the present disclosure, the first drum 20 can be arranged in the cabinet 10 in any orientation, as long as it can meet the washing requirements for the laundry. For example, the first drum 20 may be horizontally arranged in the cabinet 10, or it may be inclinedly arranged in the cabinet 10. The present disclosure does not limit it. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4, the first drum 20 extends horizontally along the front-rear direction of the cabinet 10. In other words, the first drum 20 is horizontally arranged within the cabinet 10. On one hand, a horizontally arranged first drum 20 allows the laundry to be evenly distributed within the first drum 20 under gravity, thereby improving the washing effect. On the other hand, a horizontally arranged first drum 20 is structurally more stable, which facilitates to improve the stability and safety performance of the clothing washing device 100.
To improve the practicality of the clothing washing device 100, optionally, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the clothing washing device 100 may further include a second drum 40. An opening of the second drum 40 is disposed at a front side of the cabinet 10.
It should be noted that, in the present disclosure, both the first drum 20 and the second drum 40 can be any one of a drying drum, a washing drum, or a washing-drying combined drum.
For example, when the first drum 20 is a washing drum, the first drum 20 may have a washing function, so that the first drum 20 washes the laundry contained within it.
When the first drum 20 is a washing-drying combined drum, the first drum 20 may have both washing and drying functions, so that the first drum 20 washes and dries the laundry contained within it.
Similarly, when the second drum 40 is a washing drum, the second drum 40 may have a washing function, so that the first drum 20 washes the laundry contained within it.
When the second drum 40 is a washing-drying combined drum, the second drum 40 may have both washing and drying functions, so that the first drum 20 washes and dries the laundry contained within it.
The functional combination of the first drum 20 and the second drum 40 can enable the clothing washing device 100 to have functions such as separate washing (e.g., one drum for washing outerwear, the other drum for washing intimate apparel like underwear), separate drying, or combined washing and drying.
The present disclosure also does not limit the structure of the cabinet 10. The cabinet 10 may be an integrally formed cabinet or a cabinet assembled from multiple panels. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the cabinet 10 includes a front panel 11 and a rear panel 12 spaced apart in the front-rear direction. The openings of both the first drum 20 and the second drum 40 are disposed on the front panel 11. In this way, the loading and unloading of laundry can be achieved through the front panel 11, and the aesthetic of the clothing washing device 100 is relatively high.
Furthermore, the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12 can together enclose a space for installing the first drum 20 and the second drum 40, and the front panel 11 and the rear panel 12 can protect the components disposed within the cabinet 10.
In the present disclosure, the second drum 40 can be arranged in the cabinet 10 in any orientation, as long as it can meet the washing requirements for the laundry. For example, the second drum 40 may be horizontally arranged in the cabinet 10, or the second drum 40 may be inclinedly arranged in the cabinet 10. The present disclosure does limit it. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, the second drum 40 extends horizontally along the front-rear direction of the cabinet 10. In other words, the second drum 40 is horizontally arranged within the cabinet 10. On one hand, a horizontally arranged second drum 40 allows the laundry to be evenly distributed within the second drum 40 under gravity, thereby improving the washing effect. On the other hand, a horizontally arranged second drum 40 has a more stable structure, which facilitates to improve the stability and safety performance of the clothing washing device 100.
Here, it can be understood that, for embodiments where the clothing washing device 100 includes the first drum 20 and the second drum 40, both the first drum 20 and the second drum 40 may be inclinedly arranged in the cabinet 10, or horizontally arranged in the cabinet 10. The present disclosure does not limit it.
It should be noted that the present disclosure does not limit the specific arrangement positions of the first drum 20 and the second drum 40 within the cabinet 10 either. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the first drum 20 is located above the second drum 40, and the first drum 20 and the second drum 40 are arranged offset from each other in a width direction of the cabinet 10. In other words, the first drum 20 is disposed laterally above the second drum 40. In this way, by reasonably setting the relative positions between the first drum 20 and the second drum 40, the center-of-gravity balance requirements of the clothing washing device 100 can be met, thereby improving the stability and safety of the clothing washing device 100 and reducing the vibration of the clothing washing device 100.
The present disclosure also does not limit the specific dimensions of the first drum 20 and the second drum 40. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a diameter of the second drum 40 may be greater than a diameter of the first drum 20. Since the diameter of the second drum 40 is greater than that of the first drum 20, the capacity of the second drum 40 can be larger than that of the first drum 20. Thus, by reducing the diameter of the first drum 20, more installation space can be provided for the second drum 40, so that the second drum 40 meets the requirement for large capacity.
For example, the second drum 40 may be the main washing drum, used for washing adult clothing or outerwear, while the first drum 20 may be a small washing drum, which can be used for washing intimate apparel or children's clothing.
For embodiments where the diameter of the second drum 40 is greater than that of the first drum 20, it can be understood that the second drum 40 may be disposed laterally below the first drum 20. By placing the heavier second drum 40 laterally below the lighter first drum 20, the overall center of gravity of the clothing washing device 100 can be lowered, which is beneficial for improving the stability of the washing machine.
The present disclosure also does not limit the specific dimensions of the second drum 40. In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the diameter of the second drum 40 may range from 500 mm to 545 mm. Such an arrangement allows the second drum 40 to meet the requirement for large capacity, thereby accommodating a reasonable amount of laundry.
It should be noted that the present disclosure does not limit the specific type of the clothing washing device 100. For example, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, the clothing washing device 100 may be a washing machine, such as a drum washing machine. In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the clothing washing device 100 may also be a dryer or a washer-dryer combo, etc.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure have been described in detail above in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details in the above-described embodiments. Within the technical concept of the present disclosure, various simple modifications can be made to the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
