This application claims the priority benefit of China application serial no. 202423203581.7, filed on Dec. 25, 2024. The entirety of the above-mentioned patent application is hereby incorporated by reference herein and made a part of this specification.

BACKGROUND

Technical Field

The disclosure relates to the technical field of outdoor articles, in particular to a disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package.

Description of Related Art

Outdoor chairs can be used for people to sit and rest during outdoor activities. Existing outdoor chairs are large in size, the back of the chair and the sitting part for a whole is inconvenient to disassemble, which is not conducive to packaging and transportation of the product, and needs to occupy a large amount of space when transporting and storing, with higher transportation costs.

SUMMARY

In view of the above problems, the disclosure aims to provide a disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package to solve the problem that an outdoor chair is difficult to disassemble.

The technical problem solved by the disclosure can be solved by using the following technical solution: a disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package includes: a pair of chair leg frames, a seat portion, and a chair back portion, where an embedding portion is arranged on the seat portion, an insertion hole is arranged at a bottom of a frame pipe of the chair back portion, the embedding portion is inserted into the insertion hole to achieve mounting and matching of the chair back portion and the seat portion, and the two chair leg frames are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the seat portion; and the disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package further includes a first fastener and a second fastener, where the first fastener is used to transversely penetrate a front support frame and a rear support frame of the chair leg frames and a seat side pipe of the seat portion correspondingly, and the second fastener is used to transversely penetrate the rear support frame of the chair leg frames and a chair back side pipe of the chair back portion.

The seat portion includes a seat frame and several seat plates, two ends of each seat plate are fixed on the seat frame, the embedding portion is arranged on the seat frame, and the seat frame includes the seat side pipe located on two sides.

A flange is arranged on an inner side edge of the seat frame, two ends of the seat plate are placed on the flange, and the two ends of the seat plate are fixedly connected to the flange through third fasteners.

A bottom of the seat frame is provided with a reinforcing plate, two ends of the reinforcing plate are fixedly connected to the seat frame, and the reinforcing plate is fixedly connected to the seat plate through screws.

The chair back portion includes a chair back frame pipe and several chair back plates, the chair back plates are fixed on the chair back frame pipe, and the chair back frame pipe includes the chair back side pipes located on two sides.

Each chair leg frame includes a support frame, a connecting rod and an armrest plate, where two ends of the connecting rod are fixed on the support frame, the connecting rod is fixedly connected to the seat frame through two bolts, the support frame is fixedly connected to the chair back frame pipe through bolts, and the armrest plate is arranged at a top of the support frame.

A washer is arranged between the seat portion and the chair leg frames, a washer is arranged between the chair back portion and the chair leg frames, and the second fastener penetrates the washers.

The seat side pipe is provide with two fastening holes, fastening internal threads are arranged in that fastening holes, the two fastening holes are located at two ends of a side surface of the seat side pipe respectively, through holes are arranged on the front support frame and the rear support frames of the chair leg frames respectively, the through holes are used to correspond to the fastening holes, a first threaded portion is arranged on the first fastener, the first fastener penetrates the through hole, and then the first threaded portion and the fastening internal thread in the fastening hole implement threaded butt joint fixation.

An alignment hole is arrange on each chair back side pipe, an alignment internal thread is arranged in the alignment hole, a mounting hole is arrange on the rear support frame of the chair leg frames, the mounting hole and the alignment hole correspond to each other, a second threaded portion is arranged on the second fastener, the second fastener penetrates the mounting hole, and then the second threaded portion and the aligning internal thread in the alignment hole implement threaded butt joint fixation.

Compared with the prior art, the disclosure has the following beneficial effects: the disclosure can be integrally divided into four body components to be stacked, such that a packaging volume can be reduced, and packaging transportation is facilitated. Compared with a chair which cannot be disassembled, the chair only needs to occupy less space, such that transportation cost and a storage space are saved. Rapid assembly of all components can be implemented through the first fastener and the second fastener, fixing positions are optimized, unilateral triangular fixing is formed, and desirable stability is achieved as a whole in combination with embedding limitation of the seat portion and the chair back portion.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

In order to make the technical means, creative features, objectives and effects achieved by the present invention easy to understand, the present invention is further described in conjunction with specific drawings.

In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the orientation or position relations indicated by the terms “one end”, “the other end”, “outer side”, “up”, “inner side”, “horizontal”, “coaxial”, “central”, “end”, “length”, “outer end”, etc. are based on the orientation or position relations shown in the accompanying drawings, are merely for facilitating the description of the present invention and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation or be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore cannot be interpreted as limiting the present invention.

In conjunction with FIGS. 1-6, a disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package is disclosed in examples. The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package includes: a pair of chair leg frames 2, a seat portion 1, a chair back portion 3, a first fastener 5 and a second fastener 6. An embedding portion 13 is arranged on the seat portion 1. An insertion hole is arranged at a bottom of a frame pipe of the chair back portion 3. The embedding portion 13 is inserted into the insertion hole to achieve mounting and matching of the chair back portion 3 and the seat portion 1. The two chair leg frames 2 are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the seat portion 1. The first fastener 5 is used to transversely penetrate a front and rear support frame 21 of the chair leg frames 2 and a seat side pipe 16 of the seat portion 1 correspondingly. The second fastener 6 is used to transversely penetrate the rear support frame 21 of the chair leg frames 2 and a chair back side pipe 33 of the chair back portion 3.

The embedding portion 13 is a raised circular pipe or of a boss structure. The frame pipe of the chair back portion 3 is of a hollow pipe structure, and a cavity is formed inside. An insertion hole is arranged at a bottom of the frame pipe of the chair back portion 3, such that the embedding portion can be completely embedded into the inner cavity at the bottom of the frame pipe.

The seat portion 1 includes a seat frame 11, several seat plates 12, and the embedding portion 13. Two ends of each seat plate 12 are fixed on the seat frame 11. The embedding portion 13 is arranged on the seat frame 11. The seat frame 11 includes the seat side pipe located on two sides. A bottom of the seat frame 11 is provided with a reinforcing plate 14. Two ends of the reinforcing plate 14 are fixedly connected to the seat frame 11. The reinforcing plate 14 is fixedly connected to the seat plate 12 through a third fastener. The third fastener uses a fastening structure common in the prior art, such as a fastening bolt, a fastening screw, and a buckle. A flange 15 is arranged on an inner side edge of the seat frame 11. Two ends of the seat plate 12 are placed on the flange 15. The two ends of the seat plate 12 are fixedly connected to the flange 15 through screws.

The chair back portion 3 includes a chair back frame pipe 31 and several chair back plates 32. The chair back plates 32 are fixed on the chair back frame pipe 31. The chair back frame pipe 31 includes the chair back side pipes located on two sides.

Each chair leg frame 2 includes a support frame 21, a connecting rod 22 and an armrest plate 23. Two ends of the connecting rod 22 are fixed on the support frame 21. The connecting rod 22 is fixedly connected to the seat frame 11 through two bolts 5. The support frame 21 is fixedly connected to the chair back frame pipe 31 through bolts 5. The armrest plate 23 is arranged at a top of the support frame 21.

A washer 4 is arranged between the seat portion 1 and the chair leg frames 2. A washer 4 is arranged between the chair back portion 3 and the chair leg frames 2. The second fastener 6 penetrates the washers 4. The washers 4 are located at intersections of the rear support frame 21 of the chair leg frames 2 and the chair back side pipe 33.

The seat side pipe 16 is provide with two fastening holes 17. Fastening internal threads are arranged in that fastening holes 17. The two fastening holes 17 are located at two ends of a side surface of the seat side pipe 16 respectively. Through holes 24 are arranged on the front and rear support frames 21 of the chair leg frames 2 respectively. The through holes 24 are used to correspond to the fastening holes 17. A first threaded portion is arranged on the first fastener 5. The first fastener 5 penetrates the through hole 24, and then the first threaded portion and the fastening internal thread in the fastening hole 17 implement threaded butt joint fixation.

An alignment hole 34 is arrange on each chair back side pipe 33. An alignment internal thread is arranged in the alignment hole 34. A mounting hole 25 is arrange on the rear support frame 21 of the chair leg frames 2. The mounting hole 25 and the alignment hole 34 correspond to each other. A second threaded portion is arranged on the second fastener 6. The second fastener 6 penetrates the mounting hole 25, and then the second threaded portion and the aligning internal thread in the alignment hole 34 implement threaded butt joint fixation.

The first fastener 5 and the second fastener 6 are preferably conventional bolt members. The alignment hole 34 and the fastening hole 17 may both be designed with internal threads or may be designed with nut seats embedded.

The disclosure can be integrally divided into four body components to be stacked, such that a packaging volume can be reduced, and packaging transportation is facilitated. Compared with a chair which cannot be disassembled, the chair only needs to occupy less space, such that transportation cost and a storage space are saved. Rapid assembly of all components can be implemented through the first fastener 5 and the second fastener 6, fixing positions are optimized, unilateral triangular fixing is formed, and desirable stability is achieved as a whole in combination with embedding limitation of the seat portion 1 and the chair back portion 3.

Claims

What is claimed is:

1. A disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package, comprising:

a pair of chair leg frames, a seat portion, and a chair back portion, wherein an embedding portion is arranged on the seat portion, an insertion hole is arranged at a bottom of a frame pipe of the chair back portion, the embedding portion is inserted into the insertion hole to achieve mounting and matching of the chair back portion and the seat portion, and the two chair leg frames are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the seat portion; and the disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package further comprises a first fastener and a second fastener, wherein the first fastener is used to transversely penetrate a front support frame and a rear support frame of the chair leg frames and a seat side pipe of the seat portion correspondingly, and the second fastener is used to transversely penetrate the rear support frame of the chair leg frames and chair back side pipes of the chair back portion.

The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package according to claim 1, wherein the seat portion comprises a seat frame and several seat plates, two ends of each the seat plate are fixed on the seat frame, the embedding portion is arranged on the seat frame, and the seat frame comprises the seat side pipe located on two sides.

The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package according to claim 2, wherein a flange is arranged on an inner side edge of the seat frame, the two ends of the seat plate are placed on the flange, and the two ends of the seat plate are fixedly connected to the flange through third fixing members.

The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package according to claim 2, wherein a bottom of the seat frame is provided with a reinforcing plate, two ends of the reinforcing plate are fixedly connected to the seat frame, and the reinforcing plate is fixedly connected to the seat plate through screws.

The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package according to claim 1, wherein the chair back portion comprises a chair back frame pipe and several chair back plates, the chair back plates are fixed on the chair back frame pipe, and the chair back frame pipe comprises the chair back side pipes located on two sides.

The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package according to claim 1, wherein each the chair leg frame comprises a support frame, a connecting rod and an armrest plate, two ends of the connecting rod are fixed on the support frame, and the armrest plate is arranged on a top of the support frame.

7. The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package according to claim 1, wherein a washer is arranged between the chair back portion and the chair leg frames, and the second fastener penetrates the washer.

8. The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package according to claim 1, wherein the seat side pipe is provide with two fastening holes, fastening internal threads are arranged in that the fastening holes, the two fastening holes are located at two ends of a side surface of the seat side pipe respectively, through holes are arranged on the front support frame and the rear support frames of the chair leg frames respectively, the through holes are used to correspond to the fastening holes, a first threaded portion is arranged on the first fastener, the first fastener penetrates the through hole, and then the first threaded portion and the fastening internal thread in the fastening hole implement threaded butt joint fixation.

9. The disassembly-type outdoor chair in small package according to claim 1, wherein an alignment hole is arrange on each the chair back side pipe, an alignment internal thread is arranged in the alignment hole, a mounting hole is arrange on the rear support frame of the chair leg frames, the mounting hole and the alignment hole correspond to each other, a second threaded portion is arranged on the second fastener, the second fastener penetrates the mounting hole, and then the second threaded portion and an aligning internal thread in the alignment hole implement threaded butt joint fixation.
